I have just purchased this dryer and the instructions say to clean the sensor occasionally. Can you tell me where the sensor is please? Also, can you tell me why water is leaking from the door? Thanks

The sensor is normally located on the inside of the door which just needs to be wiped with a damp cloth. It shouldn't be leaking from the door if it's new, I would contact the retailer to get them to have a look to make sure the dryer is OK and not faulty.

I’ve heard that a standard condenser dryer is much quicker than a heat pump one, is that true, please? I’m a debating which one to get

Yes condenser dryers will dry a lot quicker than a heat pump but use a lot more electric than a heat pump model. It's finding the balance between price of the dryer initially and the running cost

That's annoying, in theory you should just be able to press the "Program Duration" and "Finish in" buttons for 3 seconds and it activates.

No they will be single direction. it is the paddle design that rotates the clothes in the machine to avoid the tangling of the clothes.

Must admit, not sure i would be that confident putting woolen items in a dryer but when Bosch have a specific program for it, then it must do a good job.

I think clothes tend to shrink more if the wash temperature is hot, not so much the tumbling temp... Speaking from experience. I don't own much wool though tbh
