They released a software update which fixed the disconnection issue and added more stability. So the only problem left now is the bud not connecting and very minor stutters (once every few hours for half a second)

If you had connection issues while lab testing and none with your iPhone and Mac then the problem is with your lab music player. Btw, Sony XM5 also have stutter issues when walking around in a busy downtown environment.

It looks like for the price you are spending a premium for less features in a lot of ways compared to many other cheaper options out there, and a very buggy software which bose doesnt seem to know how to make a decent app. Even if bose announced improvements in furure updates that is very bad business to selling consumers half baked software

Yep, same problem with the right earbud too. And I only had them for one day. Not good look for bose. I'll test them out for a few weeks until I full just give up on them and painfully return them (Amazon)

Oh really, just one vague sentence for the aware mode? :D That's nearly as important as ANC performance in my book. Please, elaborate. What is "fine for a quick conversation"? My old Jabra 65Ts were fine for a quick conversation, because voices were audible. People sounded like robots whose voices were coming out of improvised speakers made out of tuna cans, but THEY WERE FINE FOR A QUICK CONVERSATION. THERE'S A LOT OF INFORMATION MISSING THERE GUYS.

I’m not understanding whyyyy the customer EQ isn’t showing up for me? It lets me select the flat bass boost and bass reducer settings but not the custom option? I’ve updated dated them already. There were three updates out of the box?!!? Pleeease help me somebody!!!😔🤦🏽‍♂️
