Yes, the drums can be turned down. For a pop tune, it won't work with the drums much quieter than this mix.

can each track be turned down volume wise? like the drum on those 2 tracks did not sound that good, could they be mellowed down on the fly?

Yes they can. UNLESS you link the left and right tracks together.

After you master a song you can export that as a wav or mp3 file.
