Thanks for this video - best one on youtube for showing the MS-3 capabilities. One question: what type of cable do I need to control multiple MIDI enabled devices? I have a TC delay that I am controlling through MIDI, but looks like you're controlling the three Boss flagship pedal with 1 MIDI out cable? Can you clarify what I need to do that? Thanks!!

Hi, midi out if ms-3 into midi in of your devices. Make sure you have midi thru enabled if you want to use multiple devices.

Standard midi cable will be fine but Roland ones are better 😃

As much as I like Boss products and I have them on my board,I bet my unused orange DS-1 the power supply is not included. Are the drives separated with a unique output that goes to the front input of the amp and the effect in the effects loop?

so, you dont have the midi pedals inn any of the loops of the MS-3? do you use only PCM or do you also use CCM ?

Hi! I just got the MS3 a week ago. Played alive with it and loved the sound. I would like to know, if I can split two different distortions to two amplis at same time? Example: Bank 01 Loop 1 - dist1 - amp1 Loop 2 - dist2 - amp2 I would like to switch one to another, like in stereo. Thanks in advance

Hello, with the Boss MS-3 unit can I switch amps as well. I use two amps, one clean one for distortion, I want to be able to have presets on one bank for the clean amp, and the same for the dirty amp. So for example Bank 1 - chorus/delay to clean amp only. Bank 2 - chorus/delay to dirty amp only. I can change amps with an A/B box but not effects, can this box combine the two. Thanks.

Hi, yes this is a great feature. On MS: output you can select L, R or stereo per patch so for example L is for your clean amp R is for your Drive amp

Different effects for each amp at the same time I think you can’t . But you can assign left output to one amp and right output to another and select any of them by preset . You can even assign a switch on the Ms or external switches for A/B function .
