Please share more about Kurt! Anyone who has anything nasty to say has clearly never had chronic health issues and therefore gets no opinion. You’re helping SO many people, speaking as someone who’s been on a very similar journey to Kurt for the past 4 years. The first time you and Kurt spoke out about his health issues i remember feeling SO much less alone and it was like a big hug. So thank you so much and please keep sharing what you’re comfortable with sharing 💖🙏🏼

For anyone who is interested, look into taking Boron for joints. I've had chronic joint pain disappear within 4 days of taking it. You can buy pills online.... or you can take 1 tsp of Borax and dilute it into a quart of water. Mix that up and only take one teaspoon of that mixture a day. Sounds CRAZY I know. But as long as all you are using is single ingredient borax (no fresheners or scents) its just boron its safe in the right, highly diluted amounts. I know dozens of ppl that have tried it. Major success stories and no side effects. Even still I was nervous to do it, and only did when I was in enough pain. It works. Look it up online.

Hi!! First of all: I loooove your vlogs! I've been following you since years! I love your interest in fitness, wellness, food and your faith. I'm a med student from switzerland and I get the whole craziness in the internet, where people will criticise things you say about alternative health methods and you're almost scared to say the wrong thing. Let me just say this: I think it's great what you're doing! There's sooo much you can do with good nourishment and gut health and it's underrated. Most people think if you're trying this you're against the "traditional" medicine, no, it's just one way that can really help and doesn't get acknowledged enough. This book (Gut: The Inside Story of Our Body's Most Under-Rated Organ from Giulia enders) really helped me understand more things, its's great and evidence based. You're doing great!! Really hops Kurt'll get better soon!! Love you! Have a wonderful day!💛

If you’re chronically I’ll, you’ve been to every doctor, and as you say “exhausted all your resources,” you become willing to try anything within your control. I have candida. Currently on the candida diet. It’s related with SIBO and leaky gut. Very strict diet for 3-6 months. I do feel a different after 2 months. I’m sure you’re doing everything with Kurt to heal….also, another thing I’ve heard is ENERGY HEALING. Sometimes we manifest illness because of life’s stresses. The book “the body keeps score” talks about it. Maybe have Kurt get reiki and energy healing? I know it’s out there and might not align with Christian values and beliefs but hey, worth a try.
@erky1919 Жыл бұрын
Omg!! I wish I could talk to you!!! I think we would have a very interesting conversation. I had HORIBBLE candida and all the side effects that go with it. And I healed it with energy healing!!! I had done all i could do with diet and supplements and felt like it wasn't enough. Finally learned there was negative energy I was holding onto. I had some repressed anger. I forgave the person, and my candida WENT AWAY!!! Also I do reiki 😃
@erky1919 Жыл бұрын
Also, i'm christian, and I feel like energy work and reiki have strengthened my connection with God. He was a healer and I believe he is the source of the healing that comes through reiki/energy work. I had that anger I was holding onto, and E.W. helped me find and release it, by forgiving someone. christ taught forgivness, E.W. helped me find something I never resolved and finally forgive and let it go.🤷♀️

Hi, i am a 20 y/o girl from Norway. I have struggled with my gut for 6 years now. I went to countless doctors over the years and never got any furter whan getting the IBS diagnosis . BUT FINALLY I AM GETTING BETTER. I was diagnose with SIBO and Candida and have been getting gradially better the last 6 months by taking herbal supplements and different pro/pre-biotics. I would also like to say as someone with ADHD studing biomedicine, that the brain gut-connection as you do already know of is very important. I say this because i belive both of you and fox clearly show signs of ADHD and fibromyalgia is often linked with ADHD and autism, and GUT issues are a big problem for the neurodivergent community. I have so much information to give and I know this probably didn’t help but I have become the gut expert where I live and I share my information to the people I know when the doctors are so under informed as they are.. it’s sad❤ the best of luck to you and kurt❤ ps: adhd I the most wrongly diagnosed in the world, it is not an attention deficit disorder, it’s an attention regulation disorder that makes you not able to focus on tasks you don’t find interesting, the ability to hyperfocus for those with ADHD is what makes us special ❤️

Please share with Kurt! I was sick with fibromyalgia for 7 years, until my doctor got me to use a cellular regeneration device. I paired the treatments with Dr. Morse’s fruit fasting regimen and within 4 months, my ANA Titers for fibro were all negative and I didn’t have any pain- completely reversing the autoimmune response. My doctor and I determined it was caused by toxic exposure, so I would also recommend Kurt get a full toxicity panel done if he hasn’t already and if there is anyone who is available in AUS to test for Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome, to test for that- a common immune response that creates fibromyalgia and fatigue from mold exposure. Sharing because I know how horrible it is to be left alone by the healthcare system and forced to take things into your own hands for years. There is hope, never give up, and I respect his journey being different than mine too, but wanted to share to help in anyway I could! Here are the resources for the healing modalities I referenced above: Cellular Regeneration Device: firsttxrelief.com/ Dr. Morse’s Fruit Cleansing: www.amazon.com/Detox-Miracle-Sourcebook-Complete-Regeneration/dp/1935826190/ref=nodl_?dplnkId=fb186e19-9884-4916-bfba-9efe62481874 CIRS: www.vc4hw.com/chronic-inflammatory-response-syndrome-cirs.html

I use to be a dermal therapist and skin needling will be more visible for someone who has skin issues ie. acne scarring, wrinkles, dull skin etc. Your skin is pretty good already so needling would moreso be as a wrinkle prevention and glowing and renewal purposes. In saying that though you are great with your diet and skincare and water intake already so all you’re probably lacking is sleep (based on your videos). But just doing peels and skincare at home, you’ll probably be fine 😂
