I was taking online classes from 9 - 5 so I was having to sit for long periods at a time. kzbin.infoUgkxEhgucmXpcAGYh8fatGFEnOK2V97VIwhG After the first day in a regular table chair, I thought about an exercise ball and ordered one that night. It came the next day! My hips, legs, back and butt couldn't have been happier! I'm almost 5'11" and I ordered the largest size and it was perfect for me. I also have RLS (restless legs) and this helped so much.Pumping it up was a little challenging and definitely gives you a good arm workout, (I'm a 62 yo woman) but it's very doable. Getting the tape centered with the hole to inflate it and then getting the pin back in was also a little tricky. But I love my new "chair" and I love the torquiose color. Hopefully it will also get used for exercise. 😁

Thank you! I've done your Bosu workout 3 times. I now put my loud music on and just follow along with the video (I listened carefully the first time). It's the best Bosu workout I have found. The other ones feature girls with long pony tails telling me how great I'm doing. Your's is real and long enough to be a decent workout.

This workout is suitable for those 65yrs+, and with knee & hip injuries. Plenty of modifications and still a thorough workout.

Excellent workout. Now that winter is here it’s too cold to be outside. Bought a Bosu and tried this workout for the first time. Awesome. I’m EXHAUSTED. 🥵

Wuauu!!! muy interesante esta alternativa de trabajar con el balón bosu 👍se ve que es un circuito bastante duro, pero me gusto esta alternativa 👌😉Tienes algo para principiante??.. te seguiré y veré si encuentro algo mas en tus videos. Me agrado tu forma de explicar tan clara y didáctica👍😉Lo habitual que uno ve en los videos; son personas muy sabe lo todo, muy estructuradas. La forma en como tu te muestras ante la cámaras es muy natural y eso me simpático👍😉👌

I just started using my Bosu Ball again. Originally bought because I broke my ankle then it collected dust. I must say when I googled workouts I saw one and it was pretty boring, I could do better. Then I found your workout and I am so impressed! I never sweat and you make me sweat!! Thank you!! Great workout I will follow! Looking forward to more workouts that work!!

Wow! I absolutely love this workout. I immediately scrolled to all the other workout videos and am an instant subscriber. I’m feeling knee pain after only 2 days of doing the Jillian Michael’s 30DS and was trying to find something that would be easy on my knee and would work me out as much. This workout is it. This is oddly calming and relaxing, though I know from just watching how hard some moves are. Great explanations. To the point and nothing frivolous. I’m new to Bosu and never knew what to do with it. Will play this video to my gym next time and follow through!
