Bro I did hella Salvia back in the day, like 3-4 grams of 60x extract. Shit was crazy, I found it best to just do really small amounts and then watch a music video or play a video game for 5 minutes. Would feel like I was there in the music video or inside the video game and feeling my character's feelings. Much better than getting blasted off into another dimension IMO
