Hi sorry I was wondering if you could do a video on how you went from your before to your after like I mean how your hair was like wavy curly however long ago and now it’s full curls I just have similar hair and I’ve never known how to take care of it and I don’t know where to start HELP!!

Kerra Garner start by changing your shampoos and conditioner to find what your hair likes!!! curly hair will be more healthy if the shampoo and conditioner will have no sulfates, alcohols (depends on which cause there is bad and good alcohols) or parabens, i personally do not like silicones because i like to atleast keep my products and hair eco friendly but, its your preference. do a big chop, you have to cut the damaged hair in order for new hair to grow, you could revive the damaged hair but, it will take a long time to actually revive. start washing your hair less and preserving it more, wash your hair no more than 2 times out of the week and preserve it more often. you dont need to wash it often and it will save you lots of money on products other then spending more money on washing your hair everyday and styling it. invest in a silk bonnet and silk pillow case to preserve your hair, not only will it not make it frizzy when you sleep, the pillowcase has benefits to the skin. silk is anti bacterial so your skin may clear up if you have acne or it may just look and feel better in general if you used cotton pillows. to wash your hair start by washing it every other day for example, wash monday, skip tuesday, wash wednesday. then skip 2 days out of the week for example., wash monday skip tuesday and wednesday and then wash on thursday. make sure you change the wash schedule every week so you dont feel greasy, itchy, or even dryness from the drastic change of your wash schedule. for reference i wash my hair thursdays and sundays only. if you plan on using a diffuser make sure you put your product on beforehand and wait about 10 minutes before diffusing, one so the hair is damp, two so your curls can take in the product beofre hand. when diffusing use on low heat and low windspeed so you wont get heat damage and hover over your curls instead of shaking and basically scrunching your hair with a diffuser, it causes so much unneccesary frizz so hovering over your hair and roots is great. also when diffusing flip your hair to different angles , if you keep it in one spot it will dry exactly like that. use denman brushes to help define them even more!! when you brush start brushing in sections and brush away from the scalp don brush down. i feel like ive said everything so just a little fyi, if you want your hair to revive you have to have the patience, you have to spend a bit of money, and you have to be committed!! reviving your curls and seeing the progression of your hair will make you feel so much better, so make sure you embrace them curls!!!!

The bounce curl gel is the only thing I don’t really use due the protein a mi pelo no le gusta lol. Great wash and go girl I love your hair !!!

you're gorgeous ❤️ just one tip, you shouldn't be detangling with your denman brush cause that causes breakage, you should use a brush with flexible bristles like the one from rizos curls. but besides that, your hair looks amazing!
