I love whisky and I get wanting something special. However, bunch of these people are bottle flippers selling on secondary. Specs is feeding the secondary market by doing these publicity stunts instead of just rewarding their regulars. Few years ago when this was done at the blanco store the guy that was 1st in line was able to purchase the OFC which he proudly proclaimed he already had a buyer for it for 12k. Yeah, this is part of the problem and not part of helping dissolve the secondary market.

No wonder why local places keep raising prices on bottles that once were easily accessible and for MSRP. that dude is hoarding everything and probably overpays for one. A sucker born every day. I don’t see any Weller on the shelf, ER, 4R, EC, ect. What a waste.
