This program was such a gem (that's what they described it as too!). With Latin Rhythm's being the requirement you heard lots of Latin Music...and some Carmen too. However, the did their OD in such a uinique way using "Cell Block Tango" from the Musical 'Chicago'. This was also before the Movie version came out later in the year and gave a lot of attention to the music.

Weak choreography for this level. All show and no substance. Repetitious. A shame; they deserve better material.

Well , they worked with so many different coaches and choreographers and very often their programs did not have enough content to be really really competitive. So, maybe they could not handle difficult content with confidence and instead of taking the risks choose safety?

I liked this original dance a lot. But at the same time I can see why it's not quite what the judges were looking for.

Nice program! But the vocal was distracting. "Campy". lol!

Jodi J I agree. I always found the vocals very distracting at the time, and again now when I view it.

I agree as well. The audio never translates well through rink. It sounds a mess.

Not agree here! not respecting difficulty. The biggest problem with B/K is that they had simple stpsqs in compulsories and FP/M were skating in more laboured programs despite the stumble in this part of competition and Maurizio lack of skills.

in original dance very important was to express the character of the dance. There was nothing Spanish whatsoever in this dance. Italians weren't great in this regards either, but they were definitely better than canadians.
