I have a few questions?? Honestly what is it like during a very windy day. Is the 285 gsm fabric model a much more insulated version capable of holding heat better??

All of our structures are robust in the wind, however, anything over 40mph winds, we would advise to take down to the tent to avoid structural damage. The Polycotton 285gsm is a heavier canvas and also breathable as opposed to the Oxford 100gsm but both have their own pros depending on how you're looking to use it. We hope this helps!

Yes, as it's Polycotton (Breathable) you're able to have a stove inside the Nova Air Dome!

Great! So just attach the stove jack, cut and insert pipe....how many feet do you recommend the smoke pipe to be from the material? Also, as a female tenter, how well could someone see my shadow ie changing clothes at night with a light on inside, or going potty? Thank You!!

how did you tie the top & bottom guy ropes together so that you can add tension with the slider thing? mine didnt come tied together

They are not tied together. In calm conditions you can use 1 peg for 2 guy ropes. and then tighten them to both be the correct tension.

how is it to put up in the wind?

As the Luna has a few more pitching steps than our other designs, we would advise having an extra pair of hands when pitching in the wind (e.g someone holding the centre pole whilst you thread in the wall poles). This is a sturdy tent and has strong wall ribbing poles for extra support but please reconsider your camping adventure if winds exceeds 50mph. This applied for any tent. Thank you!

I'd say double the time at least, fitting in the inside bars takes lots of time since it's pretty tight and you need to squeeze them in
