Thanks for the time effort and money you put into making this video, really appreciate it. Tried most of these products myself but found after glow really pops on my dads Alfa Romeo stelvio in red. I tend to use the wet dreams to add a layer of I think more proper protection every two months. But use after glow after every wash. Thanks again mate, keep up the good work!

This is just the application the real test will be how they last after each week and a wash. As some may only last a week and others might last months

Great video and chennel. Love supporting local content 😊. Subscribed EDIT: I use Happy Ending and Fully Slick. My 18,yo car was cut back and waxed a year ago by hand.... I apply these products ever few washes and it beads like crazy! Saves so much time. Car stays outs at the station year round too.

Some tips please on deep cleaning your micro fibre cloths would be fantastic.
@EvolvedDetails3 жыл бұрын
OK so what I do is make sure I keep them wet if I have used a sealant as I don't want them to become hydrophobic. So as soon as you are done put them straight in a bucket with water and then as soon as you can wash them with a microfibre wash or just a plain wool wash that contains no softeners. I don't tumble dry them but you can if you want on a low setting.
@waynebuckley66333 жыл бұрын
Eager for these! At the moment also doing long term tests on bowdens. pcr+ lazy wax + Fully slick on one car. pcr + flash prep and bead machine on the other. Will be using Happy Endings once a month and weekly washes using their drying aids to see if the car lasts 6 months as per the flow chart and every 2 months Happy ending on the car with bead machine to see if it makes the 12 months it said on the chart flow
@EvolvedDetails3 жыл бұрын
Thanks mate, I'd say your test will basically go forever as happy ending itself is meant to last 2 + months so if you're using it once a month then it will always be providing protection and displaying hydrophobic properties. The tests I'm doing will be with no toppers and jusy using carpro reset as the wash agent since it contains zero wax, gloss agents or anything else that will alter the base product applied.

Cool to see a comparison of the products, but I'm looking forward to see how they compare to products from other companies. Everyone always says XYZ is better in forums/groups but never provides any evidence and just slams on brands left right and centre.
@EvolvedDetails3 жыл бұрын
Thanks mate will definitely be doing that in the future just thought with each brand making so many similar products I find the strongest product from each brand and then move on to comparing them to each other

Awesome. Looking forward to it. Always curious about this. Any reason why there is no boss gloss?

Thanks Charles, didn't really think it would be worth using boss gloss as it isn't really a sealant or won't provide protection/ beading

What hose and attachment are you using with your Ryobi? I hate the OE Ryobi connector.
@EvolvedDetails3 жыл бұрын
Hey mate I have the upgraded ryobi hose available from bunnings and then a short gun and some adapters I got from ebay. I have a link the gun on my previous video description where in polishing this panel. Be warned though you will have to buy a few adapters to make it all work. A second option is to look up magic mobile detailing and ask them to make you up one

Bowdens basically have 10 products that do the same thing there abouts, its about time they offer a premium protection formulas. For off the shelf easy to buy convenient at a local store they are the best in that regard. Until you step into a proper detailing shop to see what overseas brands are offering you don't know any different, they can't compete in that area but they don't need to as they have all Aussies conned into there products
@EvolvedDetails3 жыл бұрын
That's why I'm doing these tests so people can see what products work the best and should be worth spending their money on. I mainly use carpro and NV personally but I can say I'm pretty impressed with 2 of these bowdens products
@SussNit3 жыл бұрын
@@EvolvedDetails I've used majority of them and afterglow is my go to when I'm short on time, I have a 2017 redline white one and it makes the white pop and definately adds depth to a colour that ain't deep. Normally use CarPro reload and NV products. Affordability wise bowdens is great in that respect
