Nice to see Bowen get the opportunities that he deserves... but hopefully the other SNL cast can also receive the same equitable treatment when it comes to participating in movies.

I'd argue it would depend on the depth of the role. While Bowen was in a LOT of scenes, he wasn't in the majority, meaning he didn't have to be there every day. He DID have to be there a lot with Ariana, meaning maybe they worked with Lorne to limit disturbance to his SNL schedule. If something similar could be done with other SNL cast members, I'd agree with you other deserve the same opportunity. Starring roles might be a different thing.

I’ve never heard of him until this movie was released. He seems like a great guy! I saw him defeating the wings of death on Hot Ones with Sean Evans, he nailed it! He’s a rising star in Hollywood!
