It’s not uncommon for me to use a finishing rub, but you are right might just save it for the end on some cooks. Can’t wait to see videos on your new Weber.

Man, I am doing two butts tonight and very tempted to try this. I do agree adding rub after pulling is greatness (even if it is rubbed before too)
