Bought The 326 today from Fitnessuperstore in Gloucester. Had Problems with 2x Proforms and their truly terrible customer services. It seemed much more robust, and thanks to Hadleigh Murad for all the comments....maybe you should get some commission.!!! I'll let you know how setup goes...3 men delivery apparently.

Kostas Tseronis I didn’t. They lost it before delivery and fitnesssuperstore in Gloucester said they were trying to find it and would resort to checking cctv footage in the warehouse! Really. “ what !!! Send me another one now. No. Ok it’s easy then cancel the complete order and I’ll have my money back.” That’s what I did so don’t have a Bowflex. Now have a JTX Fitness Gym-pro that cost me a lot less...it’s brilliant . Good to talk to you.

Just checking-in to see if you've had any problems with this unit yet or if you're still happy with it.

No problems as of yet... only thing i've noticed so far is a small glitch at the 30min mark... i usually use this just for walking at the moment (injured) and have noticed it automatically speeds up "randomly" after the timer hits 29.59. It doesn't happen all the time, just random times, it may be linked to the app, which always wants to improve your performance, so i guess that's the only explanation i have for the sudden change in speed.

Thanks for the info. I'm probably going to order the U.S. version (BXT216) tomorrow, so once it arrives I'll report any problems I find.

This thing weighs a tonne! I'm glad Amazon set it up for me. Anyway, I like it very much. The only thing I've noticed is that there's a slight whine from the tread when the speed gets above 5-6. Maybe it will settle down with usage.

Joseph Brown yes it's very heavy, I still don't know how 2 guys with harnesses managed to lift the box inside! Really? See how it goes, if it is still whining check the belt tension. Unless mine may also makes that noise but I haven't noticed?

Hello. What is the belt height (stepup height) from top of the belt to the ground? I bought also this one but i'm very nervous about whether it fits to my room. I will cancel the order due to this information. Can you help?

Still happy with it? I'm thinking to buy it... Can you tell me the width of the foot rails, and the height of the walking belt from the floor? Thank you!

Fran E. Unfortunately I haven’t got anything to measure with atm. The foot rails are a pretty decent size, I’ve never slipped off them and I’m size 13. I’m guessing it’s pretty good to an inch or 2 from the belt to the ground, pretty of clearance.

Yeah really good, the width and the length is pretty much commercial standard, the shock absorption works really well. The App is also really good, keeps all the stats you'll ever need. The only criticism i can give this apart from the high price point (is the height of the console/arms. I'm 5'11 and this feels low, i'd say shorter people would find this pretty much perfect.

Thanks good to know. I am taller still (1.95m/6'5") but guess I am kind of get used to this sort of thing. I don't tend to find I use the arms on treadmills much anyway. Can I ask where you got your one from? Assume you are in the UK. The UK Amazon link has "Currently Unavailable" and believe Fitness Superstore are the actual UK reseller but they only seem to have the lower BXT226 in stock which does not seem as good with a smaller running area and motor. Not asked them yet though. Are those speed short cut buttons configurable? Bowflex told me the BXT326 is the "international" version of their BXT216 so in metric not miles. The 216 goes to 12 mph so 20 kph is actually a bit faster (not that I go that fast too much!). Does it accelerate up to a higher speed in a timely way? I have also been looking at the MYRUN Technogym and Life Fitness T3 or T5 mainly as I want to use it on Zwift and these are the only ones you can get in the UK at the moment that you can connect directly. Did you look at any of those as well? They are all a bit more expensive I think but similar specs by the look of it.

Tim Grose UK yes, I actually did buy through fitness superstore. They stocked the model BXT326 - it has the same range up to 20kph - 12 mph. Yes also i was looking to connect it to Zwift and this one is compatible. The life fitness models are very good commercial treadmills, but I didn't want to pay upwards on what the bowflex can offer. If they were similar in price range I would most likely bought a UK model. Might be worth waiting or asking when they have a sale and also trying them out. This is a solid build and happy with it so far. It accelerates and decelerates very slowly, so it doesn't cause you to over or under stride, I sometimes panic if I put on a speed too high as it will take a few seconds to slow down to a settle down to a steady jog, the red tag can be useful here but I don't use it.
