The T10 has dropped to about $1600 on Amazon WITH prime? Would you consider that a great deal?

I think that is a good price point. It puts it at the high end of the Low End treadmills. The software is low end. But, the build and mechanics are some of the best in the home treadmill category. That's not low end. I certainly would have felt much better paying $1,600!
