Is Tom a Full Roller? Some say yes, others no. I see he does use Full Roller Leverage layouts however.

He is not a full roller. Full roller by definition has 0 tilt. Tom has plenty of tilt. And from the guy who lays his stuff out, its not a full roller layout he has a couple layouts determined off his NAP. Its a similar theory to full roller layouts, but not based on where the track is, but an axis point like a traditional layout.
