I have noticed at lot of box squatters slightly rock backwards on the box and then rock forward to generate momentum when rising from the floor. Since a rock would not be possible when squatting without the box, is the goal to eliminate this rock from your technique?

@@bsmitley Because the mechanics are designed specifically for executing a squat in a suit and does not mimic a raw squat.

@@craigtitusfitness2249 yep, just copied nick wright when he hit and surpassed a 500lb squat i hovered around 450 and hit a 500 a couple months ago
