There’s really not enough space to hang clothes. We tried that option already. So we decided we’re going to go with shelves. We’re going to make some shelves to store clothing, and other items. There’s also 100 gallon water tank underneath the bed area. We don’t have enough space to put a closet rod or to hang items.

That's a sharp looking build! Well done. Maybe shoot the vid in landscape instead of portrait next time.

First of all, that is super cool! I haven't watched it from the beginning of the build, but it's super awesome! My only concern for you would be the backsplash on the stove. That top left burner seems a little close to your pallet wall. I'm not judging your work, I would just hate to see a fire happen so I thought I'd point it out. But that thing is coming along nice. I'm a professional graffiti artist in the Midwest myself, if ya wanna do something funky on the outside let me know
@Ruffjourneys Жыл бұрын
You are right it is kind of close. We do have the steel on the backsplash. This is nowhere near a perfect build. I’m not a builder. We’re just going to have to see how this is going to work. I will be putting up more videos. Especially once we attack the stove. I really appreciate you watching the video. Thanks a lot.

This is incredible! What size truck is this 16' or 24'? this is the greatest use of space I've seen yet!
@Ruffjourneys Жыл бұрын
Thank you! This is a 24ft. We are 6 months in on our build. Please like and subscribe. I will be putting out more videos soon.

The floor plan looks very roomy and well laid out. Was this an old uhaul? We are looking at uhauls for our build but many have the box taken off.
@Ruffjourneys Жыл бұрын
No, this is not actually a U-Haul. This was actually a moving company truck. It’s built a little different. It sits a little higher than a u-Haul truck. Yes, the floorplan does feel very roomy. I would definitely suggest finding a large box truck.

How's the ride. I got a friend who has one in boston and he cant get ride of all the squeaks and rattles from the build any advice for him im sure you found a solution.
@Ruffjourneys Жыл бұрын
It is really built solid. We don’t have any extra noises. It is almost a 30 year old truck however the truck rides like a luxury car. I believe it is all on how the quality of the conversion build is built. In my opinion that’s where I believe the extra noise comes from.

Nice conversion, but I can't believe people film like this, sorry I couldn't even make it through the whole video, and again nice conversion, just get those filming skills tighten up👍🏿

@@Ruffjourneys Just turn your phone sideways and you'll discover a whole new world of filming😂 and I promise you'll never film in portrait again, panoramic is the way to go, and it also depends on what kind of phone you're using too💯
