OK this guy has gotta learn to punch correctly I've been doing martial arts for 12 years and it's killing me he just needs to keep his wrists straight

Your right wrist is so bent you shouldn’t be training yourself to punch like that. It will become habit and if you hit an opponent with your wrist like that you will break it very quickly

mark_amc you are not hittin an opponent like you are hittin this tennisball. Bollocks.. this will not integrate in the way you would hit a live person.

Ramon Wessel it’s muscle memory. If you train your body to do something repetitively you will do it instinctively without thinking about it

Ramon Wessel if the majority of his training is bag/pad work and sparring then I doubt it would effect anything. But if this is the only training he does then it may become a learned habit. If that makes sense.
