Please take your talent and either create or advise the creation of a VR boxing training game. You’ll be rich. You are a great teacher and that teaching structure of your channel can easily transform into a action/reaction game. You are positively effecting a lot of people because you are a high caliber human. I wish you well. Thank you for putting this channel together.

@@PrecisionBoxing same here - i'm trying to learn how to improve my slips out of the gym, and this helps me grasp *why* to slip left or right. i mean, i know the reason why, but it's one thing to know when because i was told how, and another one to *feel* when- to grok "it'll bounce off my shoulder" instead of "it'll bounce my head off the mat".

Man, this is absolutely awesome. The idea is novel, helpful and simple in an effective way. I have noticed a marked improvement in my own sparring thanks to the information provided in this video as well as your 'virtual' fight video. Thanks so much for the time and sincerity you put into all of your content, man! Legend!

Great video as usual Jason, during this pandemic era I've been trying to dodge your virtual punches a lot of times. I find them very educational, especially for reaction time so thanks a lot! And if you happen to read this comment: Personally I'd like to see even more videos about defense and counterpunching (E.g. jabs only, hooks only.... only head or body, had+body, slow and fast, combos etc.etc.), it would be really great for both my face and my liver once this damn Covid is over. Anyway, thanks for your work! BTW: Argh, you don't telegraph much ;)

Tnx Jason. great video.. Especially for begginer boxers. I will practice it & study it to see what defences i can use on your punching.. Now if you could instruct us what defence we can use to each kind of punch it would be very helpfull plus ejucational also!! For intance, i know that usually it is not wise to slip the jabb & cross sincre the slip on a jabb could get you right on the direction of the coming cross as you stand up again, but simply skip it moving your head back instead. So for the hooks and shovel hooks, or over hand strikes, telling us which defence to use & when to counter, i think it would be a COMPLETE defence training plan iimo.

You can do a lot of things punch him back , thorw a check hook , if you are the shorter guy let him get close and fight in the inside a lot of tall fighters dont like it when a short guy is in the inside , and if you are the tall guy use your jab to keep the distance , move to the right or the left , step back and counter / step back and step forward with a counter ( you need a great timing to do it). I know its an old comment but i write it to help other people in the future.
