Tito also uses a basketball to help keeping hands up for blocking hooks. He runs one lap with the ball squeezed with one arm holding the basketball by his ears then switches by the time a mile is done your shoulders are on fire and u feel a rubber band going from the shoulder down the bicep to the forearm.

GREAT IN-DEPTH INSTRUCTION but it would be even more effective if the camera person would zoom out to show the entire body to demonstrate the correlation between what the lower body(feet and legs) is doing when throwing the punch. Some people need to see the 'finished COMEPLETE product'.

why would you throw your uppercut from the hip? every time he demonstrates, his hand sinks down below his hip...way to telegraph your punch and open yourself up for a counter!
