Adam - I notice you spoke to Dillian Whyte on talksport and was talking about him fighting Chisora in Manchester. Any reason why you didn’t ask him about his drug test situation, if he’s allowed to fight in the UK, if he’s ’been through the correct process’, why he hasn’t ‘explained himself’ etc etc At least keep it consistent

It's not that Fury is settled into this new style Nick, it's that he's overcompensating for the fact his body can't do what he wants it to do. He's going to get picked apart worse than he did the first time around and probably gets stopped

Although the style he used against usyk wasn't the same style he used against wilder and then Ngannou. Part of me thinks the way that style backfired against Ngannou is why he's hesitant to use it. But I think leaning on usyk and smothering him could actually come in handy
@Idk_183824 күн бұрын
@@Dukestboy96 he did try leaning on Usyk, look at each time they clinched, you'll see Usyk put one glove on Fury's chest and the other on Fury's bicep to stop him wrapping his arms round him.

I sincerely had it Vuong by 2 rounds and I thought it was clear to score based on the cleaner work. Gwynne applied pressure and threw but Voung had a higher percent connecting clean and causing damage. Have to watch it again and rounds were close but the unanimous decision (despite the deviation in rounds won.. made a lot of sense 🤷🏻♂️ run it back

Sorry I think the assertion that Bam didn't do what Galal did to Sunny is a flawed argument. In my view it was precisely what Bam did to Sunny physically but more mentally that reduced him to the 'target practice ' he was on Saturday night. Going in to the fight with Bam, Sunny truly believed the was no way Bam could beat him so when he got stopped all his reasons for boxing vanished to the point where he was a shell of the fighter he had been only a couple of fights before.

Sunny weren't beating Bam at the halfway point. Bam found his range in round 2 and the writing was on the wall from then with how he was tagging Sunny in that fight. It weren't complete domination like Yafai was doing, but Bam was clearly on top for most of the fight. That's why Bam Vs Yafai is such a great fight now 🔥🔥🔥

I scored it 6-4 to Gwynne. However, I did have two rounds very close. Of those two close rounds I gave one each to both fighters. If I had scored one of those rounds differently it would have been 5-5. One of the things that might have counted against Gwynne was that his clean punches might not have been effective. He landed clean shots to the head and side of the head, especially when they were up close. Nevertheless, is there an argument to say that Gwynne's punches lacked power and impact? I'm not sure. I thought Gwynne won, but I didn't think it was a horrendous decision.

But you won't ask that question, and we don't have transparency after God knows how many years. Any chance you can grow a pair and bring that up as a comparison to benns case on talksport????? Getting Naseem Hamed vibes from Sunny Edwards..... Loved it when he was on top but as soon as he took an L to one of the very best realised how hard the sport is at the top and don't want it. Once that "invincibility" and cockiness goes fighters like that crumble.

Vuong isn’t british level and won’t ever be simple as that Noakes or Walsh who’s fighting for it Saturday would have finished him inside 6-8 rounds the other night and as much as he should he won’t give Gwynne the rematch no chance !! 🥊
