I’ve got 2 points to make here. First, I originally thought it was a draw. But I wanted to rewatch the fight again. Second if that’s what usyks tactic was then that truly is amazing. What a fucking genius man he is!

Usyk pitty patty to furys heavier punches, just because you land soft punches and at volume doesn't mean youv won the fight, everytime fury landed heavy shots usyk came back with a combo which my daughter would be able to take clean, the fight was won by fury, even usyk knew he got the win by a gift, you could tell from his post match interview and surprise at the result.

You could use the exact same arguments when Usyk was hitting gloves as people where going woooo, Tyson also had moments of countering and landing cleaner. Its judged on a round by round basis not the whole package. Based on his logic Fury definitely won round 4 which many actually gave to Usyk (all judges gave it to Fury), Fury landed more power shots in round 9 and 10 but they gave the rounds to Usyk. Ive watched the fight back and analysed in slow mo, Usyk's landed shots have been overstated and Fury's understated. He landed alot more clean shots then you would think. People just playing it safe, protecting their media careers, bit like covid.

Heard that usyk was told he needs a knock out from his corner in the last round thats why he went for it and look at their faces before the announcement they were expecting bad news plus usyk replied when he was asked did he win , god and i win what does that tell you. 🤔🤨

No it’s not! Absolutely no. I just rewatched the fight. 7-5 Usyk max…but imo is a draw! You cannot award Usyk round after round for landing pepper punches…

I had it 7-5 usyk landing shots to the chest isn’t winning him the rounds I’m sure others give him for shots landed. I didn’t have the last fight a drew so fair enough conclusion this time around either way

100% correct here Adam. Some of the British commentary on this fight was embarassing, particularly TNT & Sky. Usyk punches were being ignored and talked over. Also the height of Fury's shorts.....again!
