It always is in boxing. Their athleticism is not even a question…it’s the streakiest of sports there is. This is for a variety of reasons…prob number one is watching yourself get beat up over and over again after your last biggest fight. These guys do not in their minds even think of losing. He’s 18 (according to the video) he has to climb in the ranks first and get some pro experience. His form is great though. Only thing lacking was head movement and blocking. But then again, the clips didn’t show the opponent punching back if they were even given the chance.

Thats the problem look at all of these new promises in boxing, this guy, Ryan Garcia, Tank Davis, they are are agressive and have strenght but their guard is lacking. A technical, orthodox boxer with experience will make a boxing clinic out of them. Exactly what happened with Mayweather and Canelo, after that fight Canelo’s defense significatly improved. They need to start working that guard and head movement before its too late.
