Work on u boxing .Old school .Roadwork , sprints bodyweight , and sparring and drills will naturally condition and develop the muscles movements and body mechanics for boxing .I say this as somebody who has trained with shoalin monks for 3 years .Strenth and conditioning 🤣.Go see how the monks and others around the world train .

Have never seen worst S&C trainer, not a single exercise spiecified for the needs of a boxer, basic mistakes in every movement pattern, would not recommend :/

some cool ideas, with the treadmill, but this guy is going to get injured...his structure is poor in these movements. He has a knee valgus in ballistic movements....I'll bet this guy gets a herniated disc or some type of knee injury

Totally Creative ways of training these comments are ridiculous shaming this guys techniques they are great different not for the average gym goer he is obviously training someone who is an elite athlete so save the hateful comments if you cannot perform them yourself but for myself Im trying these out and slowly progressing my clients in the same direction... anyone who wants to debate about this lets talk an please leave your comments and lets talk about whats wrong with Ruslans methods I'd love to have a chat about how this will damage someone and obviously we are talking slow progression to what this high level athlete is doing... If we kick a ball do we train or perform like Messi or Ronaldo if we play ball can we train like LeBron or Kobe yet we strive to better ourselves so the typing tough guys post your workouts and don't leave just a comment Oh and post your pic/stats/and accomplishments also If not think before ya type People... Increase the love decrease the HATE... Peace and Love Si

I agree it's a real good workout. But if you really really want to take pride in your workout ; do it without steroids, without creatine or supplements and without any sort of overeating. Just the natural norm of eating when you are hungry. No I definitely don't have any sporting accomplishments. But then you know what the sports champs would be without these substances. Life is not about being a champ at 25 and hardly being able to move at 40. You wanna talk about what other people have achieved ; what can you achieve without the aid of even an on of any supplements, just a natural diet without any sort of milk shakes and shortcuts to dump in extra proteins. If I could send you my pic, you wouldn't believe my age, I don't wanna reveal anything further. But think before questioning other people's accomplishments. Coz without supplements, those sloppy exercises called bench presses, bicep curls and lateral raises would do nothing for shitty dumpling muscle development

LOL shadowboxing with 5 pound weights is more beneficial than anything in this video. Everything is so dramatic and unnecesarry. Strength and conditioning for boxing should include pushups, pullups, dips, tire flips, sprints, etc. Nothing done in this video even pertains to boxing lol.
@matthewshelton6508 жыл бұрын
Rather Notsay When done correctly weighted shadowboxing works the shit out of your abs lol I was just saying that all the shit he showed in this video could easily be dumbed down to be safer movement patterns and they would still work just as well. Most of the stuff he did here just seemed like some shit a guy would do to try and show off and look cool.

Fail , none of that bullshit does anything! Great way to get injured walking sideways on treadmill throwing weighted punches!

@CFThurrock8 жыл бұрын
The most unnecessary workout ever written, in history! Poor movement patterns, no relation to boxing movement. The WORST bit was the triple balance attempt on a dumbbell and ball, people do realise that you don't create good balance and core through those movements right? I did laugh a bit, I'll be honest...
