Just did this, it destroyed me. The constant punching for the whole round left me gassed. So a solid workout! Love it. Will try it again in a couple of days. Thank you!

Huge thanks for keeping us engaged throughout the entire workout! No breaks between combos really helps in keeping the concetration, at least in my case, and I feel like the repetition game helps in better understanding combos rather than just following instructions blindly!

Loved this, brilliant workout and much needed speed and combo practice. To mix things up I tried to throw the 4 punch combos with different tempos and power - splitting them into 1 then 3 or 2 then 2 and so on.

But now that Eddie Hall has torn a bicep they brought in Devon Larratt, an World champion arm wrestler. 46 years old. Former Canadian Special forces. Sounds like he is training at Tristar

I loved this workout keep them coming coach. I have a question, would you consider these workouts to be considered high intensity cardio? I'm just wondering because I want to do 90 minutes of high intensity cardio a week on top of lifting weight to lose some unwanted fat and build muscle thank you.

If you go hard enough they definitely are! Get a heart rate monitor and you can gauge your intensity
