I gave my all in all of those 10 rounds. Absolutely loved this workout too just like other workouts designed by you coach. I guess I even defeated you in the last round in punchouts since I did it with full speed 😆 anyways love you coach! Your workouts helps me in being sharp until and unless I join next gym but even then I’ll follow your routines. Love you coach. ❤️

Managed to get through 8 solid rounds before I was gassed. Great workout. Aiming for 10 solid rounds at a good pace by end of March!

And I did it! Been doing a lot of your videos a few times a week. I made the comment above on January 17th with a goal of completing all 10 rounds of this video by the end of March. But it is 1st March, and I have just done all 10 rounds at a good constant pace. Goal achieved a full month early! Thanks for all your videos, they are really helping me get fit and healthy!

Found this workout pretty challenging and I’m only shadow boxing,I’m guessing it would be a lot harder using a heavy bag but I don’t have access to one at this point in time. Awesome work out bro 🙏

I’m a wrestler, just starting boxing. Doing this shadow boxing. I’ve been pulled and stretched sin many ways while wrestling, but damm my back is feeling it. I love this, thanks coach

First off, I love this Channel, and Precision Striking....has been a Godsend throughout the tedium of Lockdowns to keep motivated, keep excercising and levelling up. I wanted to ask about your 2-Cross. I always thought flaring the elbows was bad for the straight punches, the elbow should travel in a vertical line up and down as you extend the arm, to minimize telegraphing the shot. I notice that often (but not always) your 2-Cross (especially when a 3rd/4th technique of a combination) kind of looks like an Overhand right, but more horizontal and aimed at the centre of the bag. (See your 1-Slip-3-2 of this video for example). I'm just wondering why you do this, when it should be implemented. I guess it's to do with range but any info would help illuminate me. You do awesome work, this Channel very quickly became my fave Box-Along-With Channel on my Heavy Bag.

Thank you. Sometimes I'm a bit too close to the bag and I let the elbow come up for power. Film yourself on the bag and adjust the range and you'll see

Love the channel and I use it multiple times a week. One thing I would say as constructive criticism is that you should say your name more and promote yourself in the beginning of the video. I've watched a ton of your videos and I realized I didn't even know your name, just the name of your channel. Big fan and I appreciate the work you do!

I usually like this workout as a finisher, but today decided to do this first , then the 9 rounds (12 combos).. Well, didn’t that just make a hard workout even harder. Awesome though!
