Me and my band tried to play some reggae and I was surprised how difficult it was, it takes a LOT of emotion, you can't just play upstroke beats 1-2 1-2 1-2, you have to all be on the same wave and feel it brother

@@emoryandeverything6739 - Yes but what happens is everyone in the band has a different rhythm in their soul, it was surprising to me how difficult it was to get everyone on the same vibe, and then I realized it has a lot to do with emotion. Emotion is the conductor. This is why Bob Marley was so good, he had so much emotion his band rode his energy like wave and surfing

So Bob Marley forgave the guy who almost took his life but not his manager who took a few dollars from him, as if for Bob Marley money mattered more than life. What total nonsense

It’s deeper it’s not just about the money. It’s the fact that he didn’t care about the money. He just wanted to make sure that everyone else he cared about was taken care of and not to mention his manager was his best friend so imagine your best friend betrayed you and does something like that that’s gonna hurt.

Bro got it all wrong,bob is not worrying about money been taking from..If you open your ears he clearly say Africa is not a money thing…His manager was over charging the African promoter…
@ninjah3952Ай бұрын
If Bob Marley did actually beat up his manager for cheating, he never met, shook hands with, and forgave the guy who shot him. Period. This scene was unnecessary and further degrades the movie into a bad comedy skit of someone doing a Bob Marley impression.

@writtenbyraymildo85573 ай бұрын
He had tricked him and stole actually money from the African promoter. That had made him very upset. But it not happened how this biopic had portrayed it. It was much worse when Bob whooped his ass and the infamous "Gabon" incident in 1980. Some stories can also be read in Cedella Booker's book "My Son" when she witnessed some of it. Don was a scammer when it comes about money.

Don Taylor charge extra to the African promoter and pocketed the money and didn’t tell Bob about it. He basically stole money when he was suppose to tell Bob so they get an even share.
