I loved book's version better: it looked for people like a true miracle - the man who must've been dead suddenly appeared behind a statue of an angel. While the explosion was flashy, it lacked mystery of the original plot

@@CanadianGamer.01 Sure. (Although you could argue it’s technically the purest form of a nuclear explosion) BUT it’s not the “Nuclear” part that’s the problem. It’s the “explosion” part. Airburst are more destructive because the explosion reflects off the ground, that reflection then fuses with the initial explosion and creates what’s called a “Mach stem” it’s why air bursts are the Go to for destroying cities

actually it probably be hawking radiation then gamma burst radiation the difference in effect between the two are incomparable as we have never been exposed to hawking radiation but im sure as its often expelled from blackholes its a few leagues stronger than gamma burst radiation.

The basic building blocks of the universe are made up of Matter, Antimatter is the opposite, created from particles that are oppositely charged compared with normal matter, however it is far rarer in the universe for one specific reason. Both Matter and Antimatter react with eachother, when they do? They both annihilate each other in a very powerful and very explosive reaction. Although I must say, based on how much is there? The damage is far too unrealistic. One teaspoon of Antimatter is all it takes to destroy everything within a 3 km radius.

Although I hate how they changed the whole movie adaptation, this scene is far better than what was described in the book (esp with Chamerlengo parachuting peacefully towards the dome while Langdon plunges into the river and surfacing back alive, that would have been so corny if it was adapted that way).
