For those of you that may not know why Bella wasn't making any expressions or anything while the venom was going through her, it's because in the book, she knew that if she moved even a slight inch, it would reveal to Edward just how much pain she was in because it would cause her to scream without ceasing until the venom was finished, and she didn't want to torture him like that.
