This is a great review of the service as much as the products. Very informative and helpful. I haven't had a monthly subscription in a very long time, but this is something I would be very concerned about if I were to go with Ipsy.

@@lolaborbely8762 thank you. I think it is very fair for people to hear what happens and has happened to me 10x in the past three years. If you look at the product reviews on their website you will see this happens to others too. It appeared like Ipsy had made progress by only using Pitney Bowes to ship the boxes. Then, for some reason, the used ACI and it was what it was for September. The replacement boxes came with DHL and fairly quickly. I think that IPSY is trying to use lower cost shipping companies like ACI and not realizing how much this hurts their brand and counteracts their marketing and other efforts. What really gets me is they always say “not to worry, the box should be received in 10 business days” that just ticks me off when I know that no movement in the package means it is never coming. It’s not until I put a comment on X / Twitter that they get into gear and do something. I’m a good paying customer and have been for 7 years. They make their money off those add ons. It may be the add ons that cause delay but they don’t cause the package never moves shipping problem. They need to figure out their problem and stop it.

That’s A LOT of missing boxes. You must have excellent Glambot skills. What a bother!! Sometimes my box is missing items, but it has always arrived eventually. Enjoy your goodies. Let’s hope that your October box arrives without incident. ❤

@@bettyvick2850 you are very fortunate to have never experienced the box or bag that never moves. I have to really stay on them to get anything done. If I wait too long, they just have nothing left to do the resend. I am most bummed about not getting the Kayali perfume. I dont like the replacement they sent that much

I wish ipsy made a faster shipping service available for people who were willing to pay a little more. I'm sorry this keeps happening to you... I'd say to pick it up at the post office when it arrives there, but if your other boxes are being delivered OK it can't be that. I had missing Ipsy boxes that never arrived to me because I live in an apartment complex & there are large mail bins w/ keys each tenant has, at the end of our street. Everyone here kept having boxes of all kinds, not arriving, constantly & I complained to the post office about it. It never happened again after that! The same woman delivers most of our mail at my place & they talked to her about so I'm not sure what happened there but I do know people will steal, even some postal workers, if they think they can get away w/ it.. Not saying that happened to you but I think you deserve a free month for your trouble ❤ I really like your box tho & I hope this shipping thing turns around for you hun 😊 Thanks for sharing ❤❤❤
