Agree! There needs to be a move to disbar and prosecute judges who award custody back to parents who have this level of abuse history. The truth is that even with the CPS neglect, ultimately a judge decides whether the parent regains custody or not. I think they should be held just as responsible as neglectful CPS workers.

Because they're a government organization and government employees/agents hardly ever get held accountable for their malfeasance. The only time they do is when public pressure grows to a point where they have no choice but to do so. It really sickens me how often cops, judges, politicians, social workers, etc. get away with breaking the law.

From everything I've seen of this case I have to point out, Timothy was only mildly autistic. He was not nonverbal like his abusers claim. He was a totally normal kid who was cognizant of his abuse. He was aware of the abuse. He was aware of his starvation. He was aware of his torture. He WAS NOT as disabled as his killer would have you believe.

this isnt a brother hes just a killer too. I had a step brother with adhd and behavioral issues who annoyed me to no end and I still would defend him with my life if I had to, i took care of him, when he was punished sneak him food so he wouldnt go to bed with no dinner and I love him to bits till this day when were both distant adults. I annoyed my younger brother every day of our lives cause i would go out of my way during school lunch to make sure he went to eat cause he had a habit not to eat. After school I cooked for him to make sure he was fed while my parents were out working and we were 9 and 8. I would die for my brothers and my half sister What this kid did is horrifying and you know he enjoyed being allowed to administer punishment

PUNISHMENT FOR WHAT???? For him wanting to eat or sleep in a bed where he could stretch out, instead of a 4x4 closet. Initially I felt Paul was afraid of his mom and that is why he did what he did to his brother. He should have helped him instead of abusing him along with his mother. He said she wanted the best for them, seriously???? Even if he snuck him some food. He worked at a restaurant, if he was afraid of his mom, he could have brought food home for him. Paul knew what they were doing was wrong. Paul’s comment, we loved him……if that is love, I certainly don’t want to know what hate looked like. NOTE…..I have never been in a situation like this, so I don’t know for sure what I would do, but I would hope that I would have chosen to help him, given the chance. RIP, Timothy.❤❤
@TheElusiveRealityАй бұрын
why are we hyperfocused on the brother when the mother clearly orchestrated everything and raised the brother to think his behavior was right and ignored when he said they need to feed him more? the brother was her child too, and she clearly also abused him even if not physically, psychologically enough for her to lose custody, but they BOTH were handed back to her? completely unsupervised?

The brother was a legal adult and knows right from wrong. I don’t fully believe that he has no responsibility. He could have spoken up. I could never have a hand at torturing my little sister to death. Horrible man, he deserves prison time.
@britneyaikman6971Ай бұрын
It seems that the brother has Autism too. Autism and abuse as a child, plus potential current abuse, this could lead to him not completely understanding right from wrong in this scenario and/or not knowing how or feeling incapable of communicating what he was experienced. The lack of emotion, a very Autistic trait and references to 'we' and always referring to Mumma not being a bad person sounds like a response someone would give if they were abused. I'm not saying that this is the case here but I wouldn't be placing judgement on the brother just from what I see in this interview. I do feel like he is a potential victim in this too.
