My daughters and I always went there for breakfast when in Amish Country. Everything was cooked to perfection and waitresses were awesome! It was bittersweet for me to see it. I have medical issues so can’t travel there any more. Your trips to Ohio Amish country and Lancaster are my favs because I’ve been to many of them.

We go to the Amish country often. This is our favorite place to eat. The food is amazing and the waitresses are very friendly. Their portions are so large we come back in the evening for dessert. Their sundas are huge and their pies are yummy.

HOLY CLASSIC DINNER FOOD BATMAN, that looks so good. Love open faced sandwiches like that with all the gravy , other then perhaps swapping maybe fries for the mashed potato. And also the bologna sandwich looks bad ass as well. Nothing beats good dinner food, if they sell chicken croquettes you know you are in the right place. Think some how we must be related, love all the same type off foods it seems and interest in Civil War and good music. Know this video is old, but hope you see it and have a good summer

I'm not sure, but I think we used to call that roast beef plate a hot-shot in high school, though I doubt the beef was as good as what you got there today, lol. And oh that pie, reminds me of how my grandma would have made it. Great looking meal! I'd even eat that bologna, holy cow. I do believe mom and I visited Berlin a long time ago. I'm in Dayton, Ohio.

@@jbinthehills I looked it up, and in Lancaster County and Berks County PA, we call trail Bologna Ring Bologna. Go to one of the markets in Lancaster County and buy ring Bologna. We prefer Hippy brand but most are delicious. See if they compare to Trail Bologna. We love, love, love ring bologna.

It's not as commercial as Berlin more country. Alot of shops and a few theaters. Be doing some videos from lancaster real soon. Look up Holmes County Ohio for info. Thanks Nancy for comment

I took my mom there to eat before. She got a hamburger and said it was the best she ever ate. I got a cup of chili and a grilled cheese sandwich very good also. I live in Cambridge Ohio so not far for me. Mom is now 92 yrs old so we don't go shopping in the Amish areas together anymore. Sure miss our yearly trips to the Amish shops.

My grandma's specialty was homemade banana cream pie and the one Bobbi got looked exactly like my grandma's! I so wish I could have reached through my screen and helped myself! It needs to stay refrigerated because that custard filling is full of eggs and milk.
