because it is common and normalised in our society. We see it everywhere and all the time. Personally, I found the following methods to escape this and it worked: - clean your social media (unfollow influencers), - no music (at least no music with bad content), - no Hollywood, Netflix, etc., - be in a good community and be surrounded you with believing Muslims, - ilm and fill your time - fasting
