Boys Are Nasty (or) Don't Turn The Other Cheek (Boys Will Be Boys)

A group of middle school boys are discussing a soap box derby vehicle when the new boy passes by; his appearance provokes a nasty show-off reaction by one of the boys, and maybe the new boy over-reacts. Whatever the case, the Principal is on hand to witness the puerile scene and acts accordingly.
Both of the lead boys had decent careers for a child actor, particularly Chase Ellison (the nasty one); 2007 was a good year for Dylan McLaughlin on both the big and small screen, but he was soon to fade out of sight, such is the fate of most young actors. Although Chase looks to be the younger of the two, he was actually a bit older than Dylan.

@nelllybellly1 - That's mostly what it's about. I saw it on TV years back, even bought the DVD. Years later, I can't remember what a DVD is. Do I need a can-opener to access it?

@axcelchinchay310 - A while back, YT removed one of my well-established uploads which also appeared on old Ted Says; it came with a veiled warning about other content on this channel. Accordingly, I removed another 5 uploads, including the beach ball one, which I have little doubt would have been a removal target, despite the vid having been around a long time here and on the old channel. Such is the way of the current world - and "Artificial Intelligence". It is not in my interest to upset the host, if you want this channel to prosper it can only do so with the goodwill of the host. In short, YT makes the rules, I either follow them or disappear.

The internet has long ceased to be the "Wild West" it was in its early days, despite which it still contains the good, the bad, and the best not spoken about.

@@Ted-Says On the second point: True way too many boy’s names are appropriated for girls. Yet I don’t see many girl’s names appropriated for boys. A few but not many. And in my personal experience sugar and spice etc is NOT what little girls are made of. And that experience was 30+ years ago.
