@@dawnsparks9207 As the host of children at a part, the plaintiff is responsible. Both kids told the same story. It doesn't matter one bit whatever story she was told before. If she was supervising, she wouldn't need to hear any story. She would have seen it. Her son pulled the other kid in while she (the host) was not supervising. Even if the mother of the kid who got pulled in was there, it's still the plaintiff's fault. Her son did the deed that resulted in damage to the pool. She's lucky the defendant didn't sue her.

C'mon now. Are you girls? Young boys do crap like this all the time and most times can still be friends. Why does everyone love the ending. That’s super concerning. Nothing about the ending is genuine. Clearly Xavier’s so-called friends did not respect his boundaries and pulled him into the pool, after he explicitly said no. From what we see Xavier is a nice honest kid and soft spoken, but yet the plaintiff tried to paint him as a troublemaker. The “I miss you” was the plaintiff trying to save face on national television after suing his mom. Those other two kids don’t look nice at all and they were way bigger than Xavier. If given the opportunity they would probably bully another kid. If I were Xavier’s mom I would sue, but she has class.

The Plaintiff is simply pretentious and wicked. She never liked nor cared about Xavier as she claimed, if she did she wouldn't have sued him and his mom for $5000 despite endangering his life and having her son's friend bully him. She even made a disparaging remark against when she said "I can't be watching only one kid" essentially trying to paint him as the trouble maker. I would advise Xavier's mom to never let Xavier go to that woman's house again.

Glad I'm not the only one who noticed that. He looked very upset about the entire situation. Probable felt really scared after being pulled into the pull and ending up in a fight with someone he thought was his friend. Bet his other friends and classmates told him not to ever trust them again in the future. Probably hurt to know they're not his real friends.

She doesn’t love that little boy. Love would have stopped you from bringing them to court for your negligence. JJ asked Xavier and Theo simple questions. The plaintiff really needs to take responsibility. She says what Xavier said didn't happen, but no adults were there to witness or help. She should be apologizing to Xavier and his mother. She doesn't want to be held accountable. She tried to reiterate the fight back to JJ and that's exactly what Xavier said, they were fighting and he punched the pool. Plaintiff is not a great example for kids,

She had a rule at her house saying that no means no. She should have been there to enforce it. And she may have won if she sued the boy who instigated Theo’s mother because he admits to it. But she didn’t even asked what happened she automatically assumed that he threw the punch so he responsible. It’s her house and she has to watch them and it sounds like she just found out what happened in court with the rest of us.
