Who knew that a video of comedians could spark such a furious debate? Just enjoy the funny people. I won't even go into who won the argument. Although my periods have always hurt like hell. Pain which prevents walking any distance and anything else. But Simon's joke is HILARIOUS.

Pablo Franciso, Dave Chappelle, Ross Noble, Marcus Brigstocke and Josie Long are all fantastic stand-up comics. I would have loved to have seen Ade Edmonson and Rik Mayall in this series though :)

@Alishhh4 I don't sympathize or understand why anyone would 'hate' it. Why is it unwelcome? It's because of it that there are any people at all, it should be celebrated- what's unwelcome about it? Yes, no one thinks they're influenced by adverts- but have you ever seen a sanitary pad advert that didn't use a blue liquid or talk about 'avoiding embarrassment'? It's a shame.

well... i think that they're known amongst comics themselves... but not so much amongst the general public (aside from cult followings and such). i'm pretty sure George Carlin was one of the BBC's top 100 comics of all time (not so sure about Lewis Black however).

I don't really like Ken Dodd in this video, I can't say anything on his comedy, as I have not seen it, but it seems like he got a LOT more airtime than any of the other comedians. Having said that though, if I had of made this show it would just have been John Cleese, Russell Brand, Noel Fielding, Simon Pegg, Bill Bailey, Jimmy Carr, and maybe one or two other people who only have quick comments/stories. :P

Why would most women say something that makes them women is something they rather wouldn't have? Because you are taught all your life it's an inconvenience. Did you celebrate or mark the occasion when you had your first one?

Im not a fan of Ken Dodd, I aprichiate what the man has longevity, but he is part of a school of comedians which are now redundant, and he isn't willing to adapt..
