If you’re just starting this sport pull like Yusif not like Boghidar 🙏 if you sit on ur joints and tendons like that you will break something LoL all seriousness tho never turn your shoulders and head away from your hand like that 👍 he’s been doing this for years and has tendons of steel. I feel like every single one of Bohzo battles is an arm break video waiting to happen. One of my favorite pullers to watch cuz he’s such a fukkn animal but kids don’t try this at home
