Just bought the 40 metre and... 1 - the cap on the ground spike is red so colour coding is obviously moot if the 45 metre is also red. 2 - the pole sits loose in the ground spike and leans when holding washing. Finally, 3 - i'm still waiting for mine to spin. If not for my garden being slabs and having to concrete the ground spike in I would have sent the whole thing back. My old rotary turned in a light breeze and cost me half the price.

Hello Elsa, Thank you for your recent comments. We’re very sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulties with your Top Spinner Rotary Dryer. The model itself is designed to fit the 45mm ground spike due to the size of the pole diameter - meaning that the rotary dryer will sit inside the spike with ease. If the rotary dryer is off-balanced in any way then the model will not spin - can you confirm whether it is the ground spike or the ground tube that has been concreted into the concrete? If it is the ground spike then this may be the issue. The ground tube is purchased separately and it would be the 45mm ground tube that will need to be supplied for this model.
