@@reppingl USA is imperialist, that doesn't mean anything it interacts with becomes imperialist by extension. USSR didn't become imperialist from the movement of USA Lend Lease. I get what passes for Social Security (for most of us it's inandequate & condtional) from the Australian Government (an imperialist power): Using the same logic as above, that makes me an imperialist does it? Because if it does - you can never take anything from a Welfare State again. Good luck with that "comrade".

@@reppingl USA needs YPG to fight ISIS badly & their politics are too incompatible for anything else. USA hasn't intervened to protect them from Turkey. What more evidence do you need that YPG isn't a USA asset?
@JohnSmith-ft4gc3 жыл бұрын
@@reppingl "This is all really simple" So why are you not getting it? You don't have a shred of proof the USA is asking for anything else than fighting ISIS. This is doing the work of imperialism on the same level as going to the shops. Capitalist wants your currency in exchange for Surplus Value. That doesn't make you a capitalist because you participate in capitalism. "I was going to hang that Capitalist, but dammnit - he wants me to sell the rope to me first! Guess I'll just have to make the rope from scratch. I won't be using any of that Alienated Surplus Value!" Fuck off to Syria & fight ISIS your way. Don't criticise others for doing stuff that needs to be done, even if it's not perfect.

"Technical" in the West basically means a civilian vehicle with a machinegun or heavier gun mounted on top, and the term dates back to the early 90s in Somalia or earlier. "Dushka" is the name of a heavy machinegun made by the Russians.
@Bisquick3 жыл бұрын
One might say that technically, the tech of the "technical" is quite...techtacular? Idk I thought I would think of something at the end and that this would be funnier but I've come too far to discard it entirely so here.
@katamariroller28373 жыл бұрын
@@Bisquick While we´re here: The neologism technical describing such a vehicle is believed to have originated in Somalia during the Somali Civil War in the early 1990s.[1][2] Barred from bringing in private security, non-governmental organizations hired local gunmen to protect their personnel, using money defined as "technical assistance grants". Eventually the term broadened to include any vehicle carrying armed men.[3] However, an alternative account is given by Michael Maren, who says the term was first used in Somalia in the 1980s, after engineers from Russian arms manufacturer Tekniko mounted weapons on vehicles for the Somali National Movement.[1] Technicals have also been referred to as battlewagons, gunwagons,[4] or gunships.
@lotekchapra7 ай бұрын
The first technical was created by the Ukrainian Black army under Nestor Makhno. It was a machine gun in a horse drawn carriage that allowed his army to tactically retreat. Its an anarchist innovation. Respect where respect is due please.

It might be the Ctrl or C key if you're on PC...as a plus they can't hear you because footsteps are muted. But seriously, this barely humorous suggestion is probably pretty close to the upper limit of my own conviction or courage so uh...guess you could say I'm _quite_ the "little bitch" as it were...yup. So thank god that Braces exist I guess is the point. The person/archetype that actually demonstrates a commitment to justice or principle in action and not the tooth straightening device that is, though they are quite similar in the abstract.

#forcethe vote! Why'd you guys pick now to drop a plug for that union's M4A campaign? While I support their cause too, the timing is fcking annoying. Besides, an union should push for a NHS instead, that would create more jobs, and at least raise the stakes! #forcethevote
