I started listening to them when I was like 10. I’m 38 now. I saw them live for the first time finally a few summers ago. They’re still AMAZING live. Hands-down one of the BEST concerts I’ve ever been to. And smack in the middle of the show, they had a crowd of 30k chanting, “no racism! No sexism! No homophobia!” And it was just... it made my whole soul smile because sometimes it’s rough here in central Indiana. 😂

this is so funny , basically Lex is a hardcore metal head (who does not know it, well actually does by now) and Brad is a skater punk and does not know it, and both dont really vibe the others taste but can enjoy experiencing it.....which pretty much sums up about 75% of the parties and clubs I went too as a Yute dem, there is a delicious irony and reflection of an ongoing dynamic between these 2 areas of the guitar music world hahaha. This was also a musical dynamic me and my cousin shared (who is pretty much my twin in age and many experiences) so it's pretty funny to see it in you guys as well haha
