When I was a nanny I made the meal..if they did not eat I but it in the fridge,,,when everyone had a snack..that child would get the meal they did not eat. After a consistent week of this they decided to start eating at meal times. So much happier and they got the yummy snack if they really needed it later. Funny thing is that they were twins and that makes it easier to do tricks like this. 😉

Hi as a daycare provider for over 30 years a mom a grandmom etc little ones control the food and the potty and sleep if you let them, so stick to the plan we all eat at this time we snack at this time and sleep at this time and no is no before long your day flows with peace. the wont stave for sure. Routine is the best plan and when you have to be off routine they will comply well. Love the channel you have a great family

When that happened with our one child we didn’t feed them breakfast when they first woke up we would prepare breakfast for everyone and then when that child said they were hungry we would give them the breakfast that everyone else ate. It slowly but definitely worked in the end

We played a game with our kids to teach them to clean up after themselves. Your little girls may be too little still but the bigger ones are at a perfect age. We called it the points game. Everyone was responsible for their own items and if you caught their item laying around you could give them a point. Whoever won after a week the winner between mom and dad and the winner between the kids got to go on a date. It was really fun and they still talk about it.

Save their meal and if they are really hungry they can eat the rest of it, even if cold. That way she can eat it she is really hungry, but not require any more meal prep or have her swindle you into a snack she likes better.

Not trying to be mean and nasty as you put it. It is about being concerned about what is being shown and the behaviours. It is sad that you would turn a blind eye to concerning behaviours. I have the training to spot such behaviours and I’m concerned for Rachel. If they chose to put it on social media then it is open for comment
@DearLeah-z7tАй бұрын
Rachel is not your concern, silly. You're literally just a stranger on the Internet. 🤣

Let the child go to bed hungry. If they can't leave the table without eating they will soon learn. Don't give in to her as you always seem to do.
