The girls are beautiful!! Look like they’re big babies. When I had my last baby many moons ago my milk didn’t come in for like 3 weeks! I was so upset & she didn’t want anything to do with nursing. Then all of a sudden one day she was looking to nurse & my milk started pouring out of me …was so happy & so was she

Rachel, I’m so jealous of your ease of breastfeeding! My first C-section with my son was an emergency because he wouldn’t fit through my birth canal. I was exhausted and he wouldn’t nurse. Turns out he had a tongue tie that we didn’t know about at the time. This was 36 years ago so formula it was. Two years later my daughter was a planned C-section and again didn’t nurse because I thought the problem was with me. She didn’t have a tongue tie but fortunately both are healthy. 🥰

My husband and I fell asleep after I got the epidural (not a C-section). I woke up and started feeling the contractions and pressure. But I could hardly speak and the nurse has walked out. I couldn't wake hi up. Congrats on 2 beautiful girls!

Do you have any tips to make it so far with twins? Our first ivf twins were born at 31 weeks. I want to do another double embryo transfer but it it’s twins I’d love to carry them to atleast 36 weeks.
