As tough as it may be, it's always best to come to terms with the breakup and the fact that you're both single now. You doing the "no contact" rule neither prevents nor encourages your ex to go with someone new. In other words there's really nothing you can do to keep your ex from getting with someone new if they want to. By begging, it shows how you're not respecting your ex's need for space and time at the moment. Can't you see? In other words, you're making it hard for your ex to be attracted to you again. Your best bet is still to cut off contact completely for around a month or even more in order to clear your heads. I think you ought to chill for a bit. Take time to process the breakup. Really sorry to hear that. It's truly terrible when that happens... yet, they often do. I suggest you consider moving on from this. Chances are your girl has been at least emotionally cheating on you. Most of the time, a lot of people would move on, but a few would still fight for the relationship, so this all depends which side you're on and what your views are. No, no, and no. Don't do any of that. If your ex has the "Grass is Greener" Syndrome, realize and accept that this is outside your control and really the best you can do is becoming the best version of yourself and vibrate higher, which means NOT taking less than what you deserve and not settling to just becoming an option, especially if this used to be a stable relationship between you two. She's likely taken you for granted, so you don't really need that in your life. Use the law of attraction. You deserve love and worth of love, so you can only attract love. If she goes away from it, then you repelled her and will most likely attract her back if she vibrates as high as you. Otherwise, be open to new people that's on your level. Be strong

It's going to be an uphill battle for sure with kid/s involved and/or usually other responsibilities still tied to your ex, but it's best you do limited contact or what I call the dynamic "no contact" rule. Prepare for things to be tough but if you play your cards right and depending on the extent of damage done, it can actually still be salvaged. If your ex has a mental disorder like depression, bipolar disorder, IED, NPD, or the like, the most loving thing you can do is to give each other space while he gets help. Encourage your ex to seek treatment because this is something only a therapist specializing on this can handle, even this is outside of my scope. But I can help you how to handle things on YOUR end as you go through this difficult ordeal. I know it can be incredibly tough knowing you’ve given it your best shot, yet your partner still fails to appreciate it or is breaking up despite it being a good relationship. Anyway it's a bad idea to be friends with an ex especially knowing they have a mental health condition. In the end, they will drain you and leave you with lots of scars that would take years of therapy. Average time is 30 days but can go anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks in usual cases. If there's been some endless begging and/or refusing to cut off contact on your end, however, I usually suggest to give it more time, around 2 months or even more. Cheating instances are different if you've cheated, could be longer or shorter depending on how your ex reacts. Do take note that in some instances where the dumpee just couldn't take the hint and continually bugs their ex for months, there comes a time where the ex reaches a "breaking point" and confirms it's the right decision to break up and becomes hellbent in moving on from you. So the bottom line is the "no contact" rule is best applied when the breakup is still fresh. Hi Brad, I purchased your course and I have a quick question for you. I think my situation can help many beacuse it is what happens in a majority of cases, probably. I know the right techinques in order to get an ex back now, but I did not when my ex girlfriend broke up with me about 2 and a half months ago due to me being angry and worried for her becoming more and more distant. After 10 days of No Contact, I texted her in order to discuss. She was not really interested in talking with me, but I have been urgent and we have been in contact via text and calls up to day 25th. I managed to sincerely apologize for my initial anger that led to the brake up, but she confirmed she did not want to be with me anymore and accused me of being wrong again by contacting her insistently in order to apologize. In fact, she appeared not interested in my apology in the first place. So then I applied No Contact for about 40 more days (25th - 65th). During the 45th day or so, she told my best friend she was really angry for the fact I texted her with urgency after the brake up trying to fix things. The 55th day I become aware of these real methods and I purchased your course and started applying it diligently. The 65th day I texted her your exact Clean Slate Email (from your course). She has not responded and I continued with strict No Contact up to now (85th day). Should I also apologize since the Clean Slate Email does not contain apologies?
