I have a question on step 4. Could it also be possible that the ex sees you with others, takes it at face value, and thinks you've moved on and so won't try again? Also, if you're not reaching out, how would the ex know you're dating? Grapevine? Is this workable when dealing with someone on the spectrum? Step 5 laid out: 1. Stay positive, upbeat, and friendly, so that even the smallest interactions are enjoyable. Stay away from heavy topics. 2. Stay cool, no matter what happens. 3. Be confident in your self-worth. You have a history together. Share some details about what has happened since you talked. 4. Make some mystery and intrigue about what you've been doing. 5. Don't be too available/pushover. Make sure your ex knows you have other things in life, not just him or her. 6. Flirt and build sexual tension.

Your ex will only really miss you if there is something to miss. i.e: you're enjoying your life and moving on, possibly having other women seeing your value. As I always say, the decision is ultimately up to you. You know your situation and your ex best. Sometimes a relationship can be salvaged and worth the save but sometimes it isn't, especially if there's cheating or some other type of abuse involved. It's your life and it's your decision.

Hey brad...my boyfriend broke up with me because I lashed out in the heat of the moment...but I have always been a calm person..this was the first time..but he left for that...he insulted me many times before and after our relationship...I forgot and forgave everything and kept him important....but the one time I lashed out he left me....I want to make everything right...i apologized to him and currently in no contact...he still wears the ring and bracelet I gave him and still keeping my photos in his phone....is there a chance that he realises everything and come back to me...I'm currently in no contact.....I have always been a calm person and that was the reason he started to like me in the first place...but no one is perfect right...I also have my times of ups and downs....will he come back to me.....

Give yourselves time to take a breather first. It looks like he's shocked by your reaction (when you lashed out) and reacted in the worst possible way. As to your chances, I say generally it's still fair game unless you see most if not all the signs that your ex is over you. Yeah they were dumb... They always said I treated them better than anyone else ever has . They said a lot how they needed me every day. I was there everything. Then they just dumped me over the phone and NOT in person. And didn't want to work on stuff. I'm so heartbroken 💔 they blocked me on everything except Instagram.

When I returned several days later, my ex called the police and falsely accused me of smashing the windows, which led to my arrest. However, the charges were dropped by the authorities. In this case wait for your ex to contact you first but consider moving on from this. Loss of trust and violence, these are toxic traits present in your relationship and if you two get back together, chances are you two will follow the same pattern. If your ex continues to reach out to you during the no contact stage, however, then this really depends on the frequency and nature of the contact from your ex and whether or not you've reached the phase where you're supposed to be talking again. The only exception is if your ex asks for you back and is sincere about it. If your ex continually messages you, then it’s important to put your ex’s messages into context, more so if this happened during the “no contact” phase. Is your ex trying to contact you about something really important, like an emergency, unpaid bills, or something equally urgent? These are reasons to respond, including messages where they get angry due to your lack of response. If your ex left you then they clearly don't want you in their life so why would you start communicating with them makes no sense and it's disrespect getting them to talk to you if they don't want to. No contact period should only end when they contact you first they left you so its their job to reach out not yours and by you reaching out first your also easing their pain of missing you

Honestly true, tbh the more you fight back on their decision. The more they push you away. Even if its indirect contact. She/he will always try to find a way to disrespect you if you try to contact them. Trust. If if you are being respectful in your contact, they will purposely take it as a sign of disrespect and sens disrespect back in tenfold. So if anything. Let go, and move on to someone else, and make them regret leaving you by investing into yourself, and upgrading your value. Because the perfect bf, and when they come back. Don't be bitter, be forgiving and make them feel guilty for all they did against you. Don't attack them. Let their guilt eat them from the inside out. Make them feel like garbage by exposing their ugly side to them and say that if they hadn't done this this and this you would have gave them positive things. Again, attack their actions and what they had full control over. Make them hate themselves not you.

In my many years of coaching, I say everyone has different reasons for doing so, but a lot of the clients I've coached wanted to try to give it one last shot so they can move on without regrets or wondering about the what-ifs, particularly if it was a significant relationship to them. And no, I never forced anyone to talk to an ex which is why I often suggest to employ the 30-day no contact rule right away because I find some, if not most people resort to begging/pleading/negotiating a breakup which is the worst move as mentioned on this vid.
