These things can only work if they didn't fell for someone else. I realized that no contact just made him closer to the other girl. And once they fell out of love, it's impossible to take them back. You can but it will hurt A LOT - knowing that they heart now belong to someone else.
@MissSparklez5 жыл бұрын
One big question I have is that what happens if your ex sees you living your best life and compares it to when you two were dating and come to the conclusion that “they were holding you back from being someone so great” and they become insecure about coming back to you? In other words, what happens if you ex thinks that you look better off without them because of how much you changed?

That sounds like an excuse coming from your ex. Watch this, first: kzbin.info/www/bejne/ipC6kJyim56rbNk At this point ...and I really hate to say this, but you may not have much choice. So yes, cut off contact for around a month. Okay? Besides, what do you plan to do if you don't cut off contact? Text your ex every now and then? That would only make you appear desperate and that's never attractive and keep in mind, your goal is to rebuild attraction, right?

It's time to find a more positive outlet for your emotions. It's totally okay to cry your eyes out (just NOT in front of your ex), this is healthy, but try to balance it with other stuff. So keep your mind occupied, get busy with a lot of stuff like hobbies, work, etc. focus on what makes you feel good and take time to heal as well. Also read my Ex Factor Guide, which covers commonly possible ‘what if’ scenario and will give you pretty much everything you need to know, so read it many times over until you master it. The aim of the guide is basically to put you in the best position to get your ex back...and to avoid the pitfalls to increase your chances altogether. Check it out at www.breakupbrad.com Good luck!

If that's the case, it may be a lost cause, man. Chances are your girl has been at least emotionally cheating on you. Discussed that in depth here: y2u.be/7KE6nb4-ndA There's no easy way to say this but the answer is is to move on, especially if your ex doesn't seem to be regretting their actions and asking to get back together. Most of the time, a lot of people would move on, but a few would still fight for the relationship, so this all depends which side you're on and what your views are. But take into consideration about what I’ve mentioned here, too: kzbin.info/www/bejne/o2OahX-brrqgrck There is no right or wrong answer here because it is your relationship and it's personal to you. Make sense? Anyway men and women cheat for different reasons, but if you think your ex is worth it and if there's been a genuine connection between you two before the cheating happened, then try to see the roles that you BOTH played that led to all this mess and see once and for all if it can be resolved or not, okay? Really take your time before deciding though and be sure not to make any hasty decisions from an emotional place. Take care!

Here's how you can tell it's starting to work: kzbin.info/www/bejne/apjUoGeIn9aIptE Anyway here's a quick overview to help guide you: kzbin.info/www/bejne/rpi1YWaImLpro9k Lots of folks seem to be oblivious about it, so here goes: the 30-day "no contact" rule, once COMPLETED, is just the first phase for most people (unless your ex sincerely wanted you back and it's shown in their actions). This would also help guide you on what to do after the "no contact" rule: kzbin.info/www/bejne/eHLLfqWjrJiGo9U Anyway there are two more phases to go through if you want an ex back, and the third is to rekindle/rebuild the attraction with an ex. Be wise to not follow everything you hear from people. Not every situation is the same. If you are the one that wronged your partner, and you’ve realized your wrongs, and truly want to renew your relationship; if you follow this method that this guy is teaching you surely fail and everything will come to a sure end. Believe me because I am that stubborn person that was betrayed and wronged in so many ways. Be sincere in everything you do. Remember this clearly - karma does not discriminate, nor does it miss. If you’re wrong, sincerely work on proving yourself worthy of a second chance, which means true change. I can almost assure you that if you do that, you will have a much more respectable, beautiful and passionate rekindled relationship. Not all that manipulative, control freak behavior that only brings more anger and frustration, after you’ve gotten away with it for 15 minutes, if at all you manage to get away with it. This sort of thing will only successfully work for the people that have truly been hurt.
@nettyandsometimesrushiv44185 жыл бұрын
These are just stupid and manipulative games that work on amateurs. Yes initially, you might get rattled and desperate because you’ve loved that person. But if you’ve truly been hurt and quickly get out of your emotional confusion, at this point this little game just propels you even farther from the subject. I’m just saying. Be wise

Ignore it. If your ex continues to reach out to you, however, then this really depends on the frequency and nature of the contact from your ex and whether or not you've reached the phase where you're supposed to be talking again. The only exception is if your ex asks for you back and is sincere about it. If your ex continually messages you, then it’s important to put your ex’s messages into context, more so if this happened during the “no contact” phase. Is your ex trying to contact you about something really important, like an emergency, unpaid bills, or something equally urgent? These are reasons to respond, including messages where they get angry due to your lack of response. If not, and your ex is really just texting some useless random stuff and/or asses his/her power over you, then you can just ignore and continue on with the 30-day "no contact" rule. Use your discretion. Watch and follow the tips here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/mJiyeGypZsuUmZo

So it has been 2,5 months since she broke up with me after a 6 year relationship. There weren´t any bad words or arguments after. I did some begging however, then did the NC, during which I picked loads of new interests, lost weight, started exercising and looking after myself. I also started posting on Insta and FB. I tried reaching out and I tried the "sorry" message, however I was met with a negative outcome either way. Through a mutual friend I learned she is on a hate spree supported by her friends because of the interesting things I do and post (I am not posting everything, like 2 posts a week). I mean "Sorry I am breathing babe". Look I do still care about her, but this behavior is seriously hurting me, considering I have never spoken ill of her. Do you think it is a good thing,? Because she didn´t block me anywhere and she does watch all of my posts. There is also a concert we bought tickets to coming up in two weeks (tickets are in my name), so I am expecting her to contact me because of it. Do you think I should tell her "Sorry, but I dont want to go with her" ?

Along with the other tips on my channel, what else are you looking for? You've got to let it play out and be patient. Getting an ex back is a gradual process, so there's no one-action solution for this. Okay? The "no contact" phase is a good start, so do that first if you haven’t yet, for 30 days. If you have, then I'm glad you've completed it. There are two more phases to go with a few other steps in between (in the right order). What I'm trying to say here is it's a 3-phase process, and it's a bit complicated to explain it all on here, but I made an overview in the hopes of making people understand, so watch it here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/l5aqf4N4mdWhqas or read my guide for the entire process. Good luck!

Hey brad! Fantastic content, it really makes sense. Do you have any tips about breaking up over her parents disapproval? We re both in early 20s but she’s chinese and her parents will only accept a rich chinese guy for her. She pledged to them and she says she still loves me so much. Our relationship felt awesome but still ended up breaking up with me cause she s still financially dependent on her parents. Id be thankful for a piece of your wisdom man, this one feels tricky.
@BradBrowning5 жыл бұрын
Thanks, Darius! I'm gonna keep this simple. If your ex is in the right age to make her own decisions that’s independent from her parents, then there may still be a chance. Otherwise, it's best to consider moving on from this, okay? I’m not quite sure why parents had to get involved in the first place. It's either you're both too young to date or it has something to do with culture. Understand that the choice is ultimately up to your ex on whether to fight for you or not despite the opposition going on. Good luck!

I deemed my ex damaged goods. I wondered why she was so stubborn. One week we are talking, the next week we aren’t. Her current rebound bf is manipulating her by threatening suicide. Even if she does get out of that relationship, I don’t want her back. My new love interest just turned 21. When a door closes a new one opens, and I’m so happy.
I got suspicious and she thought I was investigating her, she broke off saying "she needs space". after 2 weeks no contact since breakup , she basically said politely "... Hope you're good, and got the job... You should move on..". I replied a few hours later with "yeh no worries. Everythings good thanks". Don't know what to do now

Continue on on to the first phase which is the "no contact" rule. Once you've already completed the full 30-day "no contact" rule and assuming you did it correctly, then the texting tips here will be a good starter: kzbin.info/www/bejne/q3_CiXSdfc-UfK8 but make sure you tick off the checklist here first: kzbin.info/www/bejne/eHLLfqWjrJiGo9U This means you take time focusing on the second phase and eventually the third phase when the time is right. This won’t happen overnight, of course, but it’s something you ought to continue to work on to the point where you’re gradually building attraction again. This is what my guide is for. Have you checked it out yet? It's too complicated to explain everything on here, but here's an overview of these phases and what to expect in each one: kzbin.info/www/bejne/l5aqf4N4mdWhqas Good luck!

We've been friends 18 years. We always had a tension. She skipped over me alot of years. We ended up dating 8 years ago. We have a daughter now. We broke up 3 years ago. She left me for a co worker... however it's been an emotional roller coaster the last 3 years.. We talk a few days a week as we always have.. the first 2 years she slowly opened up here and there... she loves me.. can see it in her eyes and feel our same connection we've had 18 years.. last year we ended up making love and going on some dates. We talked about our future and our kids and being a family again. We both agree that whats best for the kids is us.. Her bf the one she left me for pays no attention to her or the kids. He plays video games all day and can barely hold a job. He has never really talked to me. He won't co parent with me and no kids of his own. She's a mental mess. So last fall she abruptly just stopped everything. She refuses to talk about it. It's taken months to get her to open up. Everytime I bring it up she tears up.. She blurted out a few weeks ago that it's easier to run. I then just hauled off n kissed her. She buried her head n my chest after and I just held her a few minutes... now she's getting distant again and I'm at a loss. It's like love from one of those movies. That's our relationship.. but she's stubborn as hell. We always had a good relationship. Went thru some insecurities and fighting that tore us apart a couple years there but I've kept my word.. I haven't yelled or even called her names in 5 years. She deserves better than that n so do my kids. I love this woman. I've done no contact on and off with her. I'm about to tell her we need to figure this out or move on because this is only hurting us even more. I've dated a couple women the last few years but I know where my heart is.. she does too... I just don't understand and it's heartbreaking

I think it’s time to push her a little. It sounds like she’s not happy where she is, is just looking for an excuse to leave. Give it to her. Especially if she’s crying in yours arms and burying her head in you? You represent safety and comfort and she may be so unhappy she’s convinced herself she doesn’t deserve that safe feeling. So get her to meet with you in person, and look in her eyes and say, “We both know you’re miserable, and suffering, but you’re proud and you don’t want to need help or have made a mistake, but I got you, i know you, _____\, and I got you and I love you. Everything will be 800% better. “

Hey Brad. My ex and I were together for 4.5 years. We lived together before and everything. But attraction was lost and he moved out and got his own place and broke up with me. When I try and talk to him about the relationship and getting back together all he says is “I don’t want to talk about that right now” his cousin told me he’s weighing his options. Do I still have a chance? I was a good gf to him and I’m currently 1 week into no contact.

He kissed me 2 months after our breakup when he came to get something from my house.However he ran into his dysfunctional ex fiance he was with for 3 years that he said was crazy and fought all the time. They are back together now for the last month. I know we still have great chemistry and I am terrified that he is going to stay with her and not consider coming back to me😢we have been broken up 3.5 months now. I accidentally ran into them yesterday. I had to stop my car while they crossed the road in front of me. He never broke eye contact with me the entire time he walked by my car. I hope that is a good sign....it was almost as if he wanted to talk to me. I just held up a quick wave and went on.

You only get a certain amount of time to get her back. After 6 months, your chances of her caring are so slim. Women hold on for a while, but after 5 months, women truly move on. If it's been a year and your ex isn't trying to contact you, it's a 99.9999% probability that she stopped thinking about you, has moved on and you are just a vague memory she has no intent to revisit
@BradBrowning5 жыл бұрын
Depends , really. Someone who has been in a relationship for 5 to 10 years, for example, won't be able to moveon in that short span of time. I know some women who have been broken up after a say, 2-3 year relationship and they're still trying to move on for a year or even more!

Blocking is extremely immature, it achieves nothing, it shuts down the person and cause hurt and pain. Give them space, but if you want them back, leave communication open. They come around eventually.
@BradBrowning5 жыл бұрын
This is a common issue which many people face, so I suggest you watch this vid coz I covered that here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/i6TTepSoeLyea68 Blocking you could just be your ex’s way of coping so I wouldn’t worry too much about it if I were you, at least not initially. If you stay blocked after months though, then that’s another story, especially if you have no other means of communication. More about that on here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/a4a3amV_d5qondU Anyway social media should be the least of your concerns. My ex girl is stubborn as hell through speaking on the phone or text, but much weaker when i'm around her. What does that mean? I'm there , she gives the impression she is torn what to do and shows affection, and when i'm not there she appears to want to cut me out her life completely and pretend everything is fine at the same time. So many mixed signals.
@BradBrowning4 жыл бұрын
You're not doing yourselves any favor if you keep being around her. From what you've described, your ex is confused, and that kind of behaviour coming from your ex is somewhat expected after a breakup. That's why you ought to give it enough time where there's totally no contact between you and your ex for at least 30 days. A wide array of different emotions coming from an ex is somewhat expected when a breakup is still fresh and this includes the likelihood of your ex giving you mixed or weird signals. Watch this: y2u.be/siApAVtx8zE This is why I tell people to cut off contact for at least a month first and NOT deal with this ex. You both need to clear your minds first, all right? A breakup hurts both people in it regardless of who has done the breaking up. You're on the right track, assuming you've done the first phase (30-day "no contact" rule) correctly and basically had set the stage for this second part. Since you've only recently reconnected, then don't expect your ex to warm up easily or meet up right away. Getting an ex back is a process. Look out for the signs that your ex has moved on, though: y2u.be/TnZzeEIPEik But evaluate things, too. Are you sure you're not trying to rush it? Setting a deadline is a good way to fail when it comes to exes, so I highly discourage it. What steps have you taken to get your ex back? It's time to re-assess those and see what's working versus what's not working. Sometimes, getting an ex back is like trying to fit a square into a circle, but oftentimes, chances are you're letting emotion dictate you and therefore end up making the wrong choices. Have you checked out my guide yet? It’s ultimately up to you to act (or not act, depending on which phase you’re in) on getting your ex back, but it helps if you read it to ensure that you’re on the right track. Why waste time.. On an Ex.. It's an Ex for a reason.. Give your self something better and move on.. If your ex left you, it wasn't meant to be yours.. Just remember, if you loved your ex, just let it go.. And move on, it's hard but if you really love them, give them freedom and take care of your self, things will change, so stop wasting time trying to get them back with stupid tricks n shit like this.. Just live the moment.. Someone better will come in your life.. Or maybe your ex will come back at some point in life, if it's meant to be... Don't waste time and take care of yourself!

I understand what you're saying, but each person has his/her own reasons for why they either choose to get back together with an ex or let go totally. You can't speak for them because it's their life, not yours to decide. Granted, not all relationships are meant to be salvaged, especially abusive ones and/or one that involves numerous instances of infidelity, but some are worth saving. This all depends on what kind of relationship you have and if you decide to move on or fight for it. There is no wrong answer on whatever your decision is. :-) Anyway thanks for your input!

@@BradBrowning I get what you're saying, but I'll stick to mine, I kinda don't agree with what you're saying, I mean for real.. Fighting to get back someone who left you.. I don't think it's worth it, I know this gives hopes to people but no.. Iv been trough a bad breakup and I was desperate but then I remembered.. If I love someone, just let it go.. And one day they will come back if it's really meant to be, also.. Getting back with an ex is like reading the same book but you know the end. And about relationships that are worth fighting for? Possibly, maybe a marriage, maybe an really long relationship, like mmm let's say 8 years old or somewhere there, tho still.. I can't get out from the saying " If you really love them, let them go".. So yeah, good luck trying to make people get back with someone who left them. Or maybe these tricks are for people who left someone, realized they are stupid, and now trying to get them back, as I saw a girl in this comment section.

Hey Brad! Your videos really help me out! My ex broke up with me early this year, and after 2 months of no contact, we started talking and hanging out again. We hung out twice and it was nothing but laughs and fun. After the last time, I told her I was having a good time with her, and she agreed, but said it was a good distraction from her life. Now she rarely responds to me, doesn’t initiate contact, and ignored my snapchat asking her to get lunch. Should I take back control by texting and saying I’m having a good time, but I want an equal relationship and don’t want to just be a distraction and to message me when she’s ready for that? Or should I just initiate no contact again? Any help would be great, appreciate all you do man!

Hey brad , what if it is a long distance relationship. And there is no contact through social media after breakup for almost 10 days. Do all these work in that too?
@BradBrowning4 жыл бұрын
Yes, it does. The distance will always be a major culprit, though. Is this long distance scenario temporary? Because if it isn't, then it's good as over. Watch/review and apply the pointers here first: kzbin.info/www/bejne/fYK8ZYFmadqpqqM and kzbin.info/www/bejne/a5_JiIWAh9ehd9U

Really digging your videos, helps a lot getting my mind set up. I have a small question regarding no contact: Me and my ex split a few weeks ago and I initially dug my hole deeper by trying to use reason and logic for 2 weeks (she told me if I work on myself etc. it will work out but oh well..) after wich she said it’s all over now and all hope is lost, I don’t lose hope though and discovered your stuff so I am in no contact since 2 weeks also. When she said we won’t find back together we made a deal about our 2 year old daughter wich basically is me meeting them both once a week and my question is will this complicate no contact for me as I see her once a week ? How should I go about it ?

I regret not following brad's advice in the past but now i think its time i do the no contact and focus on myself. ladies, do not believe your ex when they say " im not ready " theres usually just another girl. anyways his loss xoxo

Hello! Thank you for your videos and great advice. I recently purchased The Ex Factor and look forward to reading it. I haven't seen my ex in 3 months. We're almost 2 hours distance drive. The longest we're had no contact was 6 days. We somehow both reach out to each other as we've built a good connection. I'm not sure if at this point the no contact phase would work since we are at a friendly, joking, positive - Text only contact. I'm not sure what to do next in this situation as we keep reconnecting. Yes I've went on a couple dates. Both single. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks!
@BradBrowning5 жыл бұрын
Follow the guide down to a tee, which at the moment you clearly aren't. It's still important to put the full 30-day straight "no contact" rule into priority because if you've been in touch after the breakup too soon, then you BOTH aren't taking the time to process the breakup and been acting like it hadn't happened. Burying the problems which had caused the breakup in the first place is a surefire way towards a doomed relationship, if you get your ex back. Make sense now? Sign up for my coaching program so I can help assess your situation clearly, look at all the other factors at play and see things you might have missed and so I can guide accordingly on a regular, ongoing basis at www.breakupbrad.com/coaching

From my opinion wat I'm trynna say is. If u give them a 30 day break.. They might know that ur not interested In them n they'll try to move on.. Instead this stupid stuff.. Stay in the hunt.. Never Give up fight for wat u want.. Never expect them to beg you or love u. U give them love and keep them with you.. This shows u respect them.. N gain ur love.. Don't do a mistake of no contact.

Found my ex cheated on me , althou she have not started the new rshp, she told me she has strong feeling the other side. We went cool down period, where by we meet once a week ? And text still on but limited . She said she still cares and love me no matter what , but she is NOT making decision to drop the other side nor to come back. Ive done mistake by pleading her back first week after i found out but now i try play cool. We went out together n nothing about rshp is discussed and when our songs are played on radio, we will both tears cry and hug. What shld i do next? 😰
@BradBrowning4 жыл бұрын
Really sorry to hear that. There's no easy way to say this but the answer is is to move on, especially if your ex doesn't seem to be regretting their actions and/or making a solid effort to get back together. Someone asked me the same question as you and here's what I told them, refer to the second question: kzbin.info/www/bejne/b3fKlGh8bqiea7M Take care!

Focus on all three phases and your ex may naturally unblock you, in time, as you learn to rebuild that attraction and re-attract this ex back to your life.. Here are the basics of all three phases to getting an ex back: kzbin.info/www/bejne/l5aqf4N4mdWhqas and social-media wise, here (but then again, don't let it become your sole focus) : kzbin.info/www/bejne/emKqoYVrgqajh80 Good luck!

A key component is to avoid small talk as much as possible, especially during the most critical stage: 30-day "no contact" rule because there's a huge chance your ex may be slowly easing herself/himself away from you.The thing with exes, especially the one whose idea is to break the relationship, is they also struggle with the breakup and finding all means to cope...including talking to someone they're used to talking to, a.k.a you. What that leaves you, however, is unknowingly becoming their emotional sponge. So if you want this ex back, you ought to let him/her feel what it's like not to have you in his/her life first, so employ the 30-day "no contact" rule, okay? An exception is if your ex is trying to contact you about something really important or is sincerely asking you to get back together. Understand that you risk too much by staying in touch and you best not respond unless it’s about something important. Watch this, too: kzbin.info/www/bejne/nYalf5dspal8hK8

I'd still suggest to give the "no contact" rule a shot because that's still really your best bet, which will work in a sense where you BOTH will get to clear your mind to be in a better position to deal with each other when the time comes - instead of letting emotions overrule everything, risking things to get blown out of proportion even further. Makes sense? But will no contact ALONE work to get your ex back? Sometimes it does, but other times (especially if your situation is unique) it won't, because the no contact phase is only part one of the three-step process I teach in my Ex Factor Guide. Learn the basics here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/l5aqf4N4mdWhqas I also made a quick vid to those who are seemingly lost and could use a reminder on what to do: kzbin.info/www/bejne/pZOleqeqhriUoZY

The best thing to do right now is to admit to your ex that you've effed up and try to be patient and sympathetic with what your ex is going through and just disappear from their life for a while, because right now, you are a constant reminder of the pain and your ex needs to heal from that first. By cheating, you're automatically putting the ball in your ex's court and have lost privilege to take your power back in all this. It's up to your ex now and how soon they can forgive you and move on from the incident, not necessarily from the relationship although some people do that. With that in mind, these may help: kzbin.info/www/bejne/nGGpaaRofq6aqqc AND kzbin.info/www/bejne/p5-oYmxom7p-rqs

Sorry to hear that. I can't tell you how to feel but it's not always a good idea to wait on someone. If your ex has the "Grass is Greener" Syndrome, realize and accept that this is outside your control and really the best you can do is becoming the best version of yourself and vibrate higher, which means NOT taking less than what you deserve and not settling to just becoming an option, especially if this used to be a stable relationship between you two. He's likely taken you for granted, so you don't really need that in your life. Use the law of attraction. You deserve love and worth of love, so you can only attract love. If he goes away from it, then you repelled him and will only attract him back if he vibrates as high as you. Otherwise, be open to new people that's on your level. Be strong!
