can you do more videos asking people what boards they’re riding

Perfect video angle on the rights. Just as the near surfer was done the far one was just picking up. Nice job!

I'm from Salt Lake City and have had skateboards, roller skates, skis, snowboards, waterskis, wakeboards, hockey skates-you name it-attached to my body since the day I learned to walk. (And I don't know if this counts, but I was on the swim team throughout high school, ha!) But despite regularly visiting friends and family up and down the California coast, I've never had the chance to try surfing! Over the past year or so, I've become OBSESSED with it. I just found your channel and will definitely be living vicariously through these fun videos. GAHH, I swear I can smell the ocean through my phone! Time for another cheap JetBlue flight into Long Beach . . . Thank you! ✌️🤘

So does that make Brad Momma Bear? Trying to keep all of the kids in line?

At 6:00 to 6:12 (roughly) the guy needs a floater right here. Wrong choice of maneuver leads to falling.

That surfer says 3-4 ft. Here's the deal. California language, means you double that. The waves are nearly 8 ft. Hawaiian wave size is triple whatever they say it is. Now you know how to determine the ACTUAL wave size. LOL. (the face of the wave...... who measures the back of a wave????? Nobody can see the back of a wave. So who cares.)

Well overhead; some were easily jacking up to eight-footers.
