The last dive was a tribute to Rodney Dangerfeild's 80's movie called "Back to School". The "dive" in the movie was called the "Triple Lindy" (if I remember correctly). That was shown in this video as he dove between 3 platforms before hitting the H2O.

Sum 41 had a few good tunes but they were never HUGE. Blink 182 was HUGE. Sum 41 tried to copy themselves from Blink but they were never really all that popular. Probably because they were a Canadian band.
@Fonny2222 жыл бұрын
One thing I appreciate about Sum41 is that when their original lead guitarist Dave Baksh left to pursue other things they brought in a new one, then when the original came back they kept both. More quality musicians in a band improves the music. Green Day learned this and started going on tour with more people years ago.

Sum 41 are a Canadian band... and this song came out in 2001 They are a punk rock group who were influenced by punk rock, rock and roll.. and metal according to them. The band was huge in Canada when they came out. The lead singer was Avril Lavigne's first husband. This was the same time as Green Day, Rancid, Off Spring, NOFX, Bad Religion, Blink 182, Avril, and Simple Plan that were some groups in that same genre back then doing their thing! Some were more pop punk.. and others more true to the punk rock spirit. I loved all of these bands.. and love that Travis Barker is trying to revive the pop punk era!
