The way he carries himself and speaks really just looks like the epitome of what an American actor should be, you know? He understands and appreciates film and the culture surrounding it, he respects the people he works with and constantly is putting them on a pedestal because he is a humble man, and not to mention he is pretty attractive LOL. It’s always a pleasure to see him in an interview and it was truly a pleasure to see him with Stephen Colbert, of course!

He knows the history of Hollywood. He can tell you what great films came out in 1953 or 1971 and knows who direct and produced those films. - He's not just some good looking guy who decided to be an actor/director. - He didn't just fall into acting like so many others his age. Jeremy Renner, Ashley Judd, Jake Gyllenhall, and the late Heath Ledger (and many others) were the same way. They didn't becomes actors because they wanted to be famous or rich. They just love acting. I'd love to see him in a Cohen brothers or Tarantino movie...

Seriously ya'll know Jackson Maine is at least 1 of the 2 coolest freaking dudes ever. Bradley Cooper is in reality because he played #1 and #2 on that list. #2, being Chris Kyle, who he honored so well, his understandings are deep, thoughtful and tirelessly done. (Btw, if you take offense to Chris Kyle shove it). Anyways, hecouldn't have conceptualized the character of Jackson more perfectly and then played him so perfect.
